Mike was excellent: well-informed, communicative, thorough and personable. After having several plumbing professionals take a stab at the problem, it was great to learn what the REAL problem was and have it fixed extremely quickly. He’s my new go-to guy for plumbing issues.

The owner responded quickly to help us with a clogged dishwasher drain the was backing drain water through pressure outlet on kitchen counter. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts necessary on his truck to repair the problem. He was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I will call him again for any plumbing issue.

Finally! I have a plumber that I can add to my contact list, that I trust, and can refer to my friends. Michael is very knowledgeable, fair, honest, and just an all around nice guy. He diagnosed and fixed our water pressure issue same day (a semi-big job IMO) and did a better job than the original installers. He even put my plants back in the ground perfectly - again, nice guy. I have a quote for my water heaters replacement and I will definitely use him for the job. No need to shop around. The search for a plumber is over. Highly recommend.

Update: 2 weeks after my yard leak was fixed I had an upstairs sink not draining. Checked underneath and spotted multiple leaks. Michael came out the next morning, diagnosed the initial issue that caused the sink to back up (the sink shares a drain line with AC and there was a bad algae buildup) fixed the blocked, and multiple bad fittings under the sink to stop all the drips caused by bad work from previous "handyman".

I highly recommend using this company.

I had a minor plumbing emergency. I called and got an appointment for the next day. I got a text and email confirmation and a text when the plumber was on his way (in the scheduled window). After diagnosing the issue, he fixed it with equipment in his van. This all took about 40 minutes. I'm a new and satisfied customer. I would call Plumbing Pros again.

After long research we decided to call The Plumbing Pros. We sent some pictures and a video. After that we received an estimate. We were a little skeptical as the price seemed to be too high 1750.00. We asked if that was the final price. He gave us 10% off as it was our first time using his service. When he arrived the next day he looked at the system and said he had never worked with this system before. As we heard this we were even more skeptical but as he discussed the plan of action he was very knowledgeable. He also provided (even though he did not have to) some carpentry and electrical skills. We were excited to see the final product as all we had to do was turn on the switch and our water system was ready. The final price was $1,575.00.Very worth it! We do recommend this company to anyone who may be looking for a plumber. Here is a picture of the final product.

Mike did a great job clearing a drain pipe that went deep into my house. I also appreciated the education he gave me on preventing it in the future. I also had him replace a toilet shut-off valve and front yard spigot that was leaking. He did all this well and very fast. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing repairs.

I called on Friday morning because our water heater was leaking. Mike came by in the afternoon. He was able to replace it the very same day. Not only did Mike replace the water heater but installed the electric cut off switch, replaced the pipes, and installed the new Flood stop alarm.
