We used Texas Green Plumbing to fix a water leak and replace a shower pan in our new home, and we have only positive feedback regarding the quality of their work, responsiveness, and overall kindness! The only reason we are giving a 4 instead of 5 star rating is because they recommended that my husband and I use Dallas Floor & Remodel for our shower renovations, with whom we had a less than satisfactory experience and gave a 1 star review.

Roger Wakefield is a professional, Bonded plumber. He and his company helped me with a leak in my condominium. He also spoke with my Homeowners association and Insurance Company to relate to them the cause of the leak.Repairs were done perfectly and quickly. Excellent service!

I have had multiple great experiences with Texas Green Plumbing. They surround talented plumbing with awesome customer service and follow ups.

The most recent example was for a faucet install. They corrected some other faulty plumbing to do the job right the first time. Then, the part (that I picked out) failed and they came out to honor the warranty. Excellent all the way around!

Shay came out and ran camera to determine problems with the sewer line on west side of house. He was very professional, informative and explained the problems we were experiencing thoroughly. I can now make an informed decision regarding needed upgrades in the future without being pressured. Great customer service all through the process! Roger, Amber, and Shay...thanks! I will call again.

We are soooooo thankful for this plumbing company! We had an emergency at our clinic and need someone right away. We called over 20 plumbing companies and no one could get to use until 5 plus hours! Texas Green Plumbing came out almost immediately. Ray was super friendly, and informative! We have them at the top of our list for any and everything now!!!!!

I’d just like to say what a great guy roger is, I’ve been plumbing for about 2 years now and I watch a lot of different plumbers run their businesses and comparing the company that I work for and the company that roger runs we got a lot in common even though we’re states apart. If I had to give advice to someone looking for a plumber I’d highly recommend Texas green plumbing. We say the same thing to everyone we service, “no we aren’t the cheapest in town but we aren’t the most expensive, however we stand behind everything we do.” The pricing really is fair!

I called Texas Green plumbing based on a personal referral from a good friend. I needed my house checked for a slab leak. They sent their representatives David and Adam and they arrived promptly, were well dressed and even put on the little shoe booties to keep from tracking any dirt into the house. I was very satisfied with the service they provided! They were very personable, yet professional and I can highly recommend Texas Green Plumbing!

I went on YouTube to see if I can get an understanding of why there could be water in my outside meter box and found a video by Mr. Roger. The City said it was my responsibility so I decided to call TGP the next day. Amber and Aaron were polite and professional. The leak was fixed just in time before all the rain we received this week. The cost seemed reasonable. Thank you so much.

Myself and my neighbor split a duplex. We needed work the house. This company told us we needed things done that were not done. They charged us for that. The contract said half the money was required up front and the rest upon completion. We each paid $4,290.00 . They started May 5 leaving a balance of $1,000.00 left. Which was to be paid upon completion. They told us to pay before they would finish. They finished June 23. They dugout my dining room and filled it with dirt. They then charged to take the dirt out of the house. An extra $300.00 each. If you use this company beware!

This is a great company to use. They worked around my schedule as I work from home. The plumber communicated with us what he did and he was super professional. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but he was awesome. Also, a shoutout to Amber at the office. She is so kind. She called me letting me know when they were coming and answered my questions when I called in.

If you require a plumber that can guarantee showing up on a specific day, I'd say look for a company that doesn't have open windows like this place. Took a day off to facilitate a simple drain leak repair, figured it would be no problem as I live less than two miles from their location, but was never gotten to and told at 5:45pm that they unfortunately wouldn't be able to make it. A $40 credit towards a repair was offered but it's certainly not worth me taking even more time off for a company that can't guarantee they'll show up.

When our hot water went out and my wife demanded I have "her" shower fixed, Roger was there to save the day! I'm very happy with their level of service; they arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem immediately, and made sure to explain everything in detail along the way. They provided me a digital receipt for my records (which I love) right away and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend them and plan on calling them for any future issues!

We have used Texas Green Plumbing in the past to fix our hot water heaters and they were fantastic. The plumber actually showed me how to troubleshoot the water heaters. When I woke up this morning and did not have hot water, I tried to troubleshoot with no success. With it being the weekend, I was afraid I wouldn’t get a call back. Roger immediately answered the phone and was able to walk me through the steps to light the pilot. The entire process took less than 15 minutes. He saved me so much time and money! We are so grateful Roger! You are our plumber for life!

I appreciate Texas Green Plumbing’s commitment to doing things the right way. I had one of their plumbers, Aaron, come out and he did quality work. He was helpful and personable. We later learned he accidentally had left the washing machine drain pipe detached while running tests. We ran the machine and it flooded my sons room leaving the carpet ruined. I let Texas Green Plumbing know and Aaron reached out quickly with a hearty apology, and they replaced the carpet in the room. While that could’ve been a bad situation they were reasonable and showed their commitment to clients even when they make mistakes. I appreciate them and would recommend them to friends.

My two water heaters were approx. 10 years old. About five months ago I had one go out. Texas Green was able to put me on the schedule within a few days and replaced both water heaters at a reasonable price. Installation was done in about four hours. The installers were super nice and professional and did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend.

This company is amazing! The employees are hardworking, professional, and informative. I had a leak from my shower handle. A previous plumber was unable to remove the part due to corrosion and told me the only way to fix it was to cut into the tile and replace the whole valve. Texas Green plumbers, Shay and Aaron, were able to work at the corrosion and successfully remove the part. I am so grateful that they were able to fix the problem with no demolition. Great company and amazing workers!

Not sure what the previous bad reviews are all about because any issue and cost to repair are explained and must be approved by the client prior to beginning any work. These folks just repaired some gas leaks for us and all I can say is that the crew as well as the office were amazing. Honest, upfront and as professional as they come. I will be using Texas Green anytime I have an issue that requires a plumbing company and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for honest and caring professionals.

I have mixed reviews from my experience with Texas Green Plumbing. I ended up fixing my own problem, but they did find a different problem before it became a bigger issue.

Our shower drain backed up, and I tried to use my own auger, but it didn’t seem to quite so the trick, so I called them over to assess. They checked it out through a few different means, ultimately telling me we needed a major overhaul to even address the shower drain, but would be well over $5,000. They also found the leaking pipe which was another $1,200, but I was grateful they found it. I wasn’t positive we needed to do the overhaul, but we definitely needed to fix the pipe, so I asked for two separate quotes.

I thanked them, shut off the water, asked if they would mind me getting a second opinion since the price was so hefty. They seemed pretty taken aback by that idea, and said yes, but that they’d have to go ahead and charge me a little over $600 for their diagnostics. That sucks and seems pretty high, but I also get they just wasted over an hour helping me, so okay, I’ll pay the piper and ultimately hope I can save myself some money. But then he told me that if I didn’t have them do the work right then, I’d be recharged the $600 for the next visit, then also have to pay for the rest of the work to fix the pipe totaling over $2,000.

So it was pay $600 for no work, then another $1,200 if I call them back, or just pay $1,200 now to get it fixed. I chose to have them fix it.

Overall they did a great job, communicated really well, and kept our leak from becoming a bigger issue, thus the 3 stars, but I also felt I was getting taken advantage of a bit with the service fees and the overall pricing. Oh, I also just rented a long auger and got the shower drain unclogged myself.
