These guys are great ! Great work, service and personable through the jobs they did for us, one was replacing all galvanized with copper in the whole house, me and my wife are very happy we hired John and his crew and the work is solid, probably isnt the cheapest but we found it fair enough for the jobs getting done well and right, you wont be disappointed if you hire these guys.

This is the "best" plumbing company I've ever seen.

I had a water leaking problem on the pipe underneath of my house. Guess what?
John and his assistant showed up and fixed the issue within 2 hours.

Can anyone believe this? They were so quick and very professional. Service was excellent and fixing cost were affordable as well.

These folks are top notch. Called them when I was in a lurch and on a tight timeframe. I got lucky and someone was available to come out right away. What do I mean by right away? Within 20 minutes. They came out to look at the issues I had. Told me what needed to happen and didn't charge a dime for the visit. I called Sarah at the office to express my gratitude and she explained that they had done away with trip fees. As a business owner myself it was a pleasure to see a company doing business with great customer service like this. They have earned a client for life!

Had a busted pipe due to the freeze and they came out within an hour of calling. They were fast and even identified a few other issues we should be aware of. Friendly, detailed and fairly priced. Will definitely use them again!

I am very happy with my experience with Salvador and Koen plumbing. I had a different (private equity owned) plumbing company out 3 different times for the same problem. It occurred a fourth time and I called Koen. They came out the same day, identified the actual cause of the problem, and fixed it. No plumber is cheap, but if I had called Koen first I would have saved about $1000 that I wasted on the other guys. Will be using Koen from now on. Thanks Salvador!

We made an URGENT call to Koen Plumbing yesterday! As we are repeat customers, we know Alfonso and Sal very well! They came out within 2 hours and immediately pin pointed our water leak! Koen Plumbing is an outstanding company with skilled technicians and excellent customer service. I contacted around 8-10 plumbing companies to fix some issues at my grandparent's home, but most quoted exorbitant prices. Fortunately, we came across Koen Plumbing, the most professional and reasonably priced company among all the ones we contacted. The team, including Heather, Sarah, Sal, and Mario, were courteous and professional and kept the house tidy during the repairs. I highly recommend them without any hesitation. Finding contractors who promptly respond, listen to your needs, and work within your budget is rare, but Koen Plumbing exceeded our expectations. They are a local, family-owned company, and we are thrilled to have found them!

Excellent work! Salvador and his assistant were at our house all day working on a tricky plumbing job. They were extremely patient and courteous. I was particularly impressed with their attention to cleaning up after the job was over -- they brought out the brooms and sponges to get everything looking clean again. I would definitely wait longer to book Koen Plumbing than using many other plumbing vendors.

We’ve had multiple great services with Koen Plumbing - they’ve been our go-to for at least 10 years. Fast, fair service on everything from replacing our water heater, fixing our kitchen plumbing after another company botched it, and recently digging out and repairing a hidden spigot in our back yard.

This company was a real life saver for my son! My son had a gas leak on the outside that needed repair and they were very prompt to come out and put a new gas line in plus they found a small leak inside the house connected to the tankless water heater. I would recommend them to everyone!!!
