I recently contacted Texas Plumbing Solutions LLC after a terrible experience with another plumbing company, and I'm so glad I did! From the start, they were incredibly honest and transparent about the work I needed—installing cleanouts and conducting a sewer inspection for a foundation repair warranty. What truly impressed me was that they offered the same service for nearly half the price the other company tried to charge me.

The work was completed quickly, and they left everything clean and tidy. Communication was excellent from start to finish, keeping me informed every step of the way. If you're looking for a reliable, fair, and professional plumbing service, I can't recommend Texas Plumbing Solutions LLC enough!

So I had a Etneral tankless water heater (Junk Brand) go out all of a sudden and couldn’t get anyone to come out and look at it everyone just wanted to give crazy prices over the phone. I called Elisha at Texas Plumbing Solutions and they knew I didn’t have hot water for the family so knowing that he moved some things around and fit us in first thing the next morning. Story short he replaced our pos old unit with a new better brand for cheaper then the other companies wanted just to look at the old unit. Unit is replaced/wife and kids are happy. Elisha did a great job! I called him because the clean out was clogged and the sewage doesn't work in the morning. They came in the evening to finish everything quickly. It is wonderful!

Working with TPS was perfect for my project. I needed the professionals for the serious work and I was able to do the easy stuff. They added new plumbing for 3rd bathroom, and moved the plumbing for my laundry room. The contractors who did the work were flexible and did quality work. My only complaint is how much dust was created during the project that literally is everywhere in my house. I would pay extra next time for additional dust mitigation if even possible. Will definitely call these guys again if I need more work done.

Update - I was getting through my final plumbing inspection which was done by another plumber. We had gas inspection problems and Texas Plumbing Solutions came forward and helped me through. As I update the review they are working on my gas line to pass the city inspection. Thanks Texas Plumbing Solutions Team!!

Complete plumbing for a bathroom addition to a house went very smooth.

Elijah and Sebastian were quite familiar with the process in the different stages needed in the addition of a net new bathroom. The work always has to be broken up into phases due to the nature of inspections and building.

Elijah and Sebastian were very prompt to answer questions and always on time to perform work.

Armando came out from Texas Plumbing Solutions and replaced a pedestal sink with a vanity and faucet that we supplied. He arrived on time and was neat and personable.

We've used Texas Plumbing Solutions twice and both occasions left us feeling very pleased, especially after major projects were completed. All of the plumbers that came on site were respectful, professional, and left our home in good care.

Elisha's Texas Plumbing Solutions helped us with a bathroom remodel, which included installing new sink hardware and drains, replumbing the master shower and tub. Shortly after they were finished, one of the sinks leaked into our new cabinets and the master tub leaked above our kitchen. I had someone come out quickly to access the water leak and Elisha came to investigate the tub leak.
After paying north of $500 to have the ceiling patched and repainted, the tub leaked again. I called several times and was able to text back and forth with Elisha, however, he stopped responding when I asked for assistance for payment due to the damage as a result of his faulty work. I can't in good faith recommend this company to anyone based on the results we had.

We've used this company several times and recommend them to our friends who need plumbers. They responded quickly, gave us a fair price, and finished the project exactly when they said they would. This latest time was a huge job and we have no complaints!

We’ve used Texas plumbing solutions for years and have always been happy with their service! They’re competitively priced, quick to respond, and go above and beyond during service. One time they spent all day replacing our gas line in 30 degree rainy weather. They’re my go to call!

We used Texas Plumbing Solutions for a large job, replacing the sewer lines. Elisha was very easy to work with, always responded to communication. Their price beat many others. While no job is perfect, and scheduling around things like rain and city inspections can be hard, Elisha and team made good on everything I asked for. They cleaned up, fixed sprinkler system, and credited for a damaged lawn chair. Would recommend!

I have used 1st Class Plumbing many times. My house was built in the 70's so I have had some issues over the years. Drains, clogs, hot water heaters. Their name is accurate. 1st Class. I would recommend them to anybody for any type of plumbing repair. Thank you Dustin
