Timely work for sewage pipe replacement under the house. Fast communication and the workers were professional.

Great experience on 9/26/23. We had a gas leak coming from a connection pipe on the outside of the house. The gentleman from Texas Plumbing Solutions quickly identified the source, grabbed a new part, and replaced it within about an hour. He also didn’t mind me asking questions and getting insight into the work. Pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend.

The crew did excellent job replacing drain pipes under the house. We appreciated their hard work. They stayed on schedule and did quality work. We will use them for future projects.

We pretty much redid the entire house reorganising existing kitchen, bathrooms and adding additional bathrooms that made our timelines of Remodelling increase significantly

All our plumbing is hanger plumbing and they have to crawl through tunnel spaces for few changes and they did that too.

It has been long wait on our part and these guys have been with us this entire time patiently helping us. They have been there all the time with prompt response when needed and took care of all the work and got through city inspections passed.

We are getting ready for final fixtures installed to move into the house.

One of the worst things you can hear as a homeowner is “you have plumbing issues.” We had multiple companies come out and give insane estimates and treated us like a way to make money.

But then we found Texas Plumbing Solutions. They were very quick and very fair on price. It’s clear they are not trying to take advantage of their clients. I appreciated the different options they gave to fix our sewer line leak. They were also the cheapest inspection quote we got. And then fixed the leak quicker and cheaper than any other company would.

Though everyone was helpful, the real star of the show was Madalyn. She communicated with me through text regularly, answered my questions quickly, and even helped organize some questions and paper work after I had already paid. As a customer, it’s so helpful to have someone communicating with you as if she’s just a friend who wants to help you out.

Great company. I’ll use them again should I ever (heaven forbid) have plumbing issues again.

This was my 3rd positive interaction with Texas Plumbing Solutions. The first was for an emergency gas leak repair. The second was a full consultation for options on a plumbing remodel and most recently a personal referral to a gentleman they have partnered with in the past, due to their own busy schedule and bandwidth.

High quality work, had my plumbing changed from cast iron to PVC and they did great. Didn’t cut any corners, got a permits and inspections. Pricing was also extremely reasonable. Will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future

The technician was on time, did a good job of replacing my tub, and was very friendly. We talked about tool brands and he tested the tub to make sure everything was ok before leaving.

However, your previous response regarding an "investigation" is misleading and inaccurate. Your W2 employee was the one who purchased the very specific part you referenced.

The invoice that you generated (#6058 dated 3/30/2023) had my address on it and you were paid by me directly. It's truly disappointing when a contractor who vocally stands behind their work is unwilling to take responsibility for the small amount of times things don't go according to plan. I regret that I didn't ask for a Certificate of Insurance before I let you and your team into my house. Everyone reading this should absolutely do the same for ANY contractor as I've learned now that I'm out my hard-earned money and this company is avoiding their responsibility to repair the damage, citing "the whole of their work" as an excuse to do so.
