I found this company on Google and couldn’t be happier with the service. Jon came out today to fix a leaking outdoor valve and did an excellent job. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, made professional recommendations, and even stayed after hours to complete the work the same day. Everything was left neat, clean, and working perfectly. I really appreciate the extra effort and care he put into the job—truly above and beyond service. Highly recommend!

My wife called this company to investigate our water heater. Pilot light was out and would not relight. They said there would be a $59 trip fee. When they arrived the rech said in addition to the $59 trip charge there would also be a 318$ assessment fee. This in addition to any repairs that had to be done. This is unacceptable. We should at the very least have been told the steep assessment fee prior to the tech being sent and having to pay the trip fee.

I had two plumbing issues within a week and half of each other, Jason was my first technician. He was kind , fast and answered all questions. Marc was my second technician, he explained to me what cause the problem and prevention methods . Also kind and fast.

I like that it wasn’t a lot of pushing for you to spend more than you need too!!

Jonathan did an excellent. He found out that both of my toilets mechanisms were causing the leaks. Hopefully water bill won't be high in the next billing cycle. Good job and I am satisfied.!

I called Dean's plumbing because I had a broken and collapsed main sewer line. I knew it would be an expensive repair but had to be done. They were quick in responding to my call. The service tech (Dillon I believe) was very knowledgeable and gave me options based on his experiences and the state-of-the-art equipment he used. He was correct with his assessment and made the repairs very quickly. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues you have. They are professional, respectful, and just nice people, that do the job right.

Big thanks to Dillon at Dean's for helping us get our AC drain unclogged! He was able to come out promptly, explained everything well, and got it done. Very happy with the service.

Our laundry drain was clogged. When the snaking of this drain branch did not clear the line, I mentioned the clean out on the side of the house. Jason investigated and found water was coming out there too. He snaked this line and the issue was solved. Jason was polite and conscientious. He protected my washer with a thick mat while snaking the laundry drain. I appreciated this. I highly recommend this company.

My kitchen sink was backed up. Dean's Plumbing sent Johannes and another guy (sorry I don't remember his name, but he was great too) out the same day. They were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and even tolerated my dog bringing his toys to them to play. They unclogged the sink and kept working to ensure that the pipe was cleaned out. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall great job.

Dillon was great. He explained our options and finished the job timely. I’m glad we called Dean’s Plumbing when our water heater started leaking and needing replacing.
