i had heard good things about sawyer brothers plumber's service co. and figured it was time to get my water heater checked out since i've seen friends deal with big problems from skipping basic upkeep. after talking with benjamin, he was really upfront and took the time to explain that, because of where i live in richardson and how old my heater is, it wouldn't really be worth it to pay for maintenance right now. i really appreciate their honesty and how friendly and helpful they were on the phone. honestly, i learned more from that quick chat about my water heater than i did from online searches or even during the whole home buying process.
