I Was looking for a drain for a sink I ordered overseas. Looked everywhere and I couldn’t find it.
Jeff walked into the back and 5 mins later I had a drain.
Wish I had came here from the beginning.

In and out in less than three minutes! No one else had what I needed. The big box stores carry a single rough-in valve body for showers and tubs, to proceed with finishing (waterproofing, tiling,etc.) around the valve, but they DO NOT carry the cartridges necessary to pass inspection!!!

Went Shopping at apex for my master bedroom remodel and it was a great experience! Jeff went above and beyond to help me find the perfect option. I worked with Spencer several times. Spencer is a problem solver and he is very knowledgable! If you have a plumbing problem, Spencer could probably give some expert advices.

They always have a large selection of high quality products not available at the “Big Box” stores. The website shows if a product is in stock. All the sales people are friendly and knowledgeable.

My attendant l think Mr Spencer was very professional, good customer service and knowledge base. My buying need was met with great satisfaction.

It was a level of service I didn’t expect from Jeff Garcia at Apex Supply in Richardson; simply stated, above and beyond. I’m a homeowner and was searching for a hard-to-find part. Jeff said Apex didn't normally stock just this part as it was a component in an assembly but thought he knew where he could find one. Moments later, Jeff came back with the exact part I needed. Must admit, I was quite impressed. These guys are real professionals; always helpful.

Our tankless water heater pump went out, and Jeff helped us identify the part we needed and showed us how to replace. He also recommended other plumbers who could do the worker at a lower cost. Highly recommend the entire team at Apex!

If you have an older, hard-to-find part, Apex is your place -- they carry parts you can't find in HD, Lowe's, Elliott's, etc. I texted a photo of the parts I needed, and Spencer replied promptly to say they had it, and set it aside. When I picked up, he talked through what I needed, and the crew reminded me of the need for a faucet seat wrench. Very helpful & knowledgeable!

Dirrick was very accommodating in helping me locate a Kohler cast iron tub at a reasonable price and deliver it to the job site when I needed it. Great customer service. Wonderful attitude. Truly appreciate his help.

My water heater was under warranty and got the new parts quickly. Jeff was kind enough to explain what needed to be done and what videos to watch for help. I got the water heater fixed. Even called back with an additional question and he explained about the ignition reset and remembered how far away I lived. Offered suggestions for other places to get the new parts. Thank you again Jeff.

I came in to Apex supply today and was helped by gentleman named Jeff. I had a rather unique issue that I wasn't sure I could even explain well, Jeff understood exactly what I was needing and was able to give me all the right advice and settle my issue very quickly.
