I had a sink clog that I could not fix myself. Called Dean’s after 4pm and was offered an appointment that day. Due to time, I opted for following day. Jason kept me informed on arrival time and arrived when stated. Found the possible issue and quoted me to repair which was a fair price. After the service, they also camera snaked drain as a courtesy. Jason covered some maintenance suggestions based on the results. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with Dean’s Plumbing and Jason and will be using them in the future. They are polite and professional.

Fast service on a difficut toiet install made worse by a bad DIY'er attempt that went south quidkly! Very fair price quoted for you to before any work was perform. Of five star note, was the technician sent out, Johannes. Extra personable and friendly. Explained the work as he was doing it. Very easy to talk to. Overall, he was a great representatiove of the company.

These guys were able to come out on a Saturday, assess the situation and replace my water heater quickly. Jason was absolutely amazing, knew what he was doing, did a fantastic job, and was fun to talk to. I highly recommend these guys if you have any water heater replacement needs

Dillon was great - arrived promptly (also the system texts you when they’re on the way with a pic of the technician so you know who they are!), diagnosed the issue quickly and had us all fixed up. He offered a couple different solutions at various price points and walked me through all the options. He also gave me a quote for future replacement on the old cast-iron piping under the house so we can plan for that in the future.

Great service as always. Jason provided several options, and was able to replace a valve without replacing the entire water heater. I wouldn't use any other plumbing service. Dean's does it right the first time!

I kid you not, if it wasn’t for Dillon and the the second tech (I can’t remember his name but man I really appreciate him too) who came over and fixed my gas leak I would have had no running gas during this winter storm!!!

I am truly truly grateful for them. They did an excellent job, explained with detail what the issue was and how it was going to be resolved, and provided a break down of all the prices. Johannes was very prompt, courteous and patiently listened to our plumbing issue. He explained what was needed and went about taking care of our problem. He was truly one of the most pleasurable service people we have used. We will definitely use him again.

Very professional. The office staff (I dealt with Madeline) was friendly and professional- calls were returned and questions answered. Easy to get an appointment. My technician Sebastian was friendly and did a great job fixing the issue and cleaning up afterwards. 100% would recommend to friends and family!

I was very pleased with the job that was done by Texas Plumbing solutions to move gas and water lines for my kitchen renovation. The plumber made sure everything was completed the correct way and even warned me of a possible risk with our current set up. I appreciated him looking out for us and preventing a flood!

Had a major plumbing issue underneath our pier and beam house unfortunately. Our old cast iron pipes began to split causing clogs. I called and they were able to beat a previous quote I had been given to get the majority of the pipes replaced with PVC. They also had someone out the very next morning after the call! The team was quick and incredibly friendly. Could not recommend their services enough!

Texas Plumbing came out very quick after we found out we were having plumbing problems in our rental. They did a diagnosis of the issue and spoke with our property manager directly to let them know the repair recommendations. We were always able to get ahold of them and discuss any questions we had. Team were very prompt and professional upon arrival. They completed the smoke test per the negotiated cost and then charged additional labor for small repair. I would have liked to of known the scope and cost before receiving the bill later though.

I had a great experience using Texas Plumbing Solutions! I had several plumbing projects @ home I had been putting off. Finally bit the bullet and called them on a coworker’s recommendation. The guys showed up on time, they were courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. They knocked out all my projects one by one, didn’t waste any time, and left my place as clean as they found it. Elisha got us a competitive quote quickly on a large job last year and his team was able to start the work right away. They finished quickly and left our property in great shape. Very accomodating as far as payment methods as well. We used this company again for some smaller repairs last month and have appreciated their flexibility with communication/scheduling (texting the office and arranging entry to our property when we are not able to be home).
