Contacted Deans to fix a leaky toilet. They told me it needed a different o ring and to be bolted down. Two days later it is leaking again. I called to get help on Saturday. As thier website says open 24 hours. Was told they could not get to me until Monday. Toilet is leaking worse than before they touched it. Very very disappointed!

Dillon was top notch in his service and work! Super thankful for Dean Plumbing and for Dillon staying late to install a new water heater in our newly purchased home. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I wanted to add. This job took a great deal of work over 4 days. From getting all the permits to completion. Every thing is perfect now. My new gas lines will last longer than I will. Dillon was so kind; I had 4 or 5 wasp nest around my house and he sprayed them for me to keep me safe. Very kind. I will call Dillon/ Dean's plumbing when needed. All the people at Dean's were great. Thank you Ronnie and sweet Chloe for helping me.

Jon showed up on time. He was a very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. The service we needed was a little complicated but Jon got everything done and he found a gas leak we did not know about in the attic. No telling what that did prevent. Overall I definitely recommend Dean's Plumbing.

We've been a customer of Dean's Plumbing since we moved here in 2021 and had been hit by Snowmaggedon, and I've never had a bad experience. Johannes has done work for us twice now (bathroom and kitchen) and he is professional, quick, and AMAZING at what he does! Will be a long time customer for sure!

Dillon was great! He arrived early, explained that he would first observe our needs, then work up an estimate, then do the work that we selected. It was a very smooth appointment and we expect to use this company for future needs.

Mark with Dean's Plumbing provided excellent service. Management gave me a fair price to install a garbage disposal. Two other plumbers wanted to charge double without doing any diagnostic. Dean' Plumbing is great at what they do. I've used their services on two separate projects, with two different plumbers, with the same result: quality work and fair pricing. I highly recommend their services.

Dean’s Plumbing did a fantastic job as they went above & beyond to not damage the outside siding and interior walls as they repaired the copper water pipe on the faucet that froze and burst during the recent freeze. Then they, with my permission, called out a restoration company to start the drying out process of the inside walls and floors that same day.

I own a 1960's house. I started with calling Dean's Plumbing in 2021 to fix my water heater, found them on Yelp and most recently for main sewer line replacement. I have continued to use Dean's Plumbing, and no question will always use Dean's Plumbing moving forward. I have had them replumb both of my 1960's bathrooms when we were remodeling, replaced the main sewer line in my backyard, installed new laundry vent and assisted with a couple clogs. This started with a water heater replacement, and I could not be happier with the amazing service I have received. I have owned various homes over 38 years, dealt with multiple plumbers, electricians, etc. and no one comes close to delivering the expertise and service I've had with Dean's and Ronnie, Jason, Dillon, Chloe and the rest of the Dean's Plumbing team. Don't hesitate to use them for anything plumbing related, big or small!

From the moment reaching out to Deans Plumbing and scheduling an appointment to address the problem was very fast.
Jason was great with communication and informing me of the steps he will be taking to determine the gas leaks. He provided advice on additional issues but really addressed the main issues right away.

Jon did a fine job in assessing the situation and explaining everything to us. The reason why we are unhappy is because the quote was too high and we really didn’t have time to address the issue anyway because Deans plumbing scheduler could not get us our technician delivered during the time window of 11-3pm as discussed. Jon was busy with jobs all day. Not his fault.

Water heater leaking, and couldn't be repaired. Got multiple quotes and Deans plumbing was the most affordable, as well as same day service. They came out and replaced the unit and installed for a fraction of what the other quotes were at..Sarah was great with customer support, and Marc was the tech that came out. Unbelievable new water heater for the price and same day service, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company, you will thank me later.

Johnathan is amazingly friendly, knowledgable, and honest! He worked even after hours, until he found the best option for our building! Having a gas leak and not knowing much about it was scary, but his friendly, kind, and knowledgeably Spirit keeps us feeling safe and secure, since we are in Good Hands!!

They were able to send a plumber out quickly, which I appreciated. However, I was quoted $605 to replace two stop valves — a job that typically involves $15–$30 in materials and about 30–60 minutes of labor. That price seemed extremely high to me, so I got a second opinion. Another company completed the same work in under 20 minutes and charged $150. I’d recommend getting multiple quotes before agreeing to any work here.

Jason was very helpful. He was able to get here in a very timely manner. He was very nice and respectful. I was very pleased with my service after the stress of my water heater going out. He was able to switch out my water heater for a new one with a great price. I will definitely call deans plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.
