My Samsung Front load washer was not draining and i called this company. Excellent service and the service tech had a lot of knowledge in washer repairs.

This company was ask to look at 2 appliances ,took 150.00 from me , repaired nothing, never came back or returned my calls, didn't even tell me whats wrong with the appliances. I would not recommend him to anyone, anytime.

Even though they do not sell appliance parts. The guy on the phone gave me the best contact to help me get a burner for a stove that I need to repair. In my book, that's good old fashioned customer service!

I called Richland Appliance repair for my washer and dryer that were acting up, I was surprised that they came in on the same day. they also fixed them both on the same day. Ontime service and fast. I'll be using them again.

We called to check if they had a part and they did not. But instead AJ sat on the phone with us and told us everything we could do to help get our dryer up an running so we could use it until our part got in! This was greatly appreciated and cannot thank him enough!!! Thank you AJ you saved our day!

Showed up an hour late at 6pm and when we complained they walked away and said they didn't want our business. We have been waiting ALL DAY for them and now it is past a time where I could find someone else to help us. They never called us an told us they would be late, they never answered thier phones one time. Never texted us. I would not recomend them in any way if you have a real emergency like we do. We have items THAT MUST BE COLD FOR OUR HEALTH and now we are stuck with no one to help us until 24 hours later.

I called for an appointment. I was told someone would be better between 5-7 and would call me ahead of time to let me know. No call and nobody came. I called back at 6:45 to let the office know I have not heard anything. I was told the technician would be in contact with me shortly. Nothing. I called back at 8 twice and both times my call was declined. Don't waste your time! Call another company!!

Would not recommend. Technician was 2 hours late, the price was MUCH higher than average repair cost for dryer heating coil. The cost of the trip was supposed to be rolled into the cost of repair, if repairs were made, but it does not appear that occurred. When I called to ask about it, they answered the phone, I explained who I was, and they hung up the phone. I called back and received voicemail. VERY shady.

Our tech Brandon was great and made sure our refrigerator was working properly again and walked us through the issues and how he solved them. Would definitely call again.

Zak arrived right on time, was very friendly and took time to answer any questions and provided feedback. He fixed the issue quickly and made sure everything was good to go before leaving. Great person and service. 5 stars.

Terrible service. Spent $600 to replace a part that I figured would give us a few more years of life on our only 5 year old dishwasher. After repairs, the dishwasher dry cycle and bottom spray bars didn't work after the technician 'fixed' the issue. They won't send a tech to look at it without the $145 fee. Beware - their advertised warranty of 1 year is BS. Should have just bought a new high end dishwasher rather than trusting these guys to repair and would have ended up spending less money. Unfortunately my wife was at home alone when they came to repair and they took advantage of her.

We just had our very first service call for our wall ovens. Justin was professional and kind. He explained everything well and made the repairs quickly. I really appreciate him putting on the shoe covers at the front door. We will tell our neighbors and friends about this great company. Thank you.

I am writing to express my deepest dissatisfaction with the experience I have had regarding my Whirlpool dryer, as well as the inadequate service and lack of resolution I have received. To date, they have made 3x attempts to fix the dryer without resolve. I purchased this appliance with the expectation of receiving a reliable, high quality product supported by dependable customer service, expectations that Guinco has unfortunately failed to meet.

Despite multiple service requests and attempted repairs, my dryer continues to malfunction and perform poorly. Each interaction with Guinco's customer service has been frustrating, time consuming, and unproductive. I have followed all troubleshooting steps, allowed, repeated technician visits, and remain patient throughout this process, yet the issue remains unresolved.

If this issue is not promptly and satisfactorily addressed, I will be filing a formal complaint with the better Business bureau and escalating this matter further through consumer protection channels. I also requested this complaint be escalated to a corporate representative or manager who has the authority to resolve this situation immediately.
