Guinco employee Micah is a credit to the company. He completely repaired my washer quickly and competantly. Knowledgeable and courteous.

Absolutely the worst repair services ever. This company was sent by Whirlpool to repair a brand new Whirlpool front loader the has been broken since it arrived. After 4 visits and multiple replacement parts the machine is still broken and now even more replacement parts, they decided it needed a whole new drum assembly and motor which they shipped to the wrong house. I spoke to a supervisor named Mary at Guinco who was rude and condescending and told me they were my parts and it was my problem to get them. When I asked why they would send something that big and heavy she replied “cause it’s to big and heavy for our technician to put in the van”. She told me it was my problem to deal with they were my parts. What she failed to understand over her nasty argumentative attitude was that I was 2000 miles away out of town and not able to deal with their incompetence, and the parts were delivered to someone that was physically challenged and very senior they were not able to move the box from where the delivery driver dropped it. Mary then decided to add fuel to the fire and cancel my repair appointment because as she said I was unappreciative and she did not understand my frustration because all appliances break.
Mary needs a job not working in customer service.

This company should be more concerned about how it treats its customers and the type of service it gives. It’s not my problem to deal with the parts they need, to store them, move them or be responsible for them.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. And at this point I would not recommend buying any brand from Whirlpool cause they do not stand behind their products. Find another repair service cause Guinco is terrible.

Zachary and his coworker were great. They respected my house and were easy to talk to. Being that this was work contracted by the manufacturer through a manufacturers warranty, I was thoroughly impressed.

Jarod was my service technician and worked on my kitchen aid oven. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Did an outstanding job explained things as he went. Would highly recommend him and Guinco Service!

I recently needed warranty service for my brand new Whirlpool Dryer, and they sent out Guinco to service the dryer. The team was very thorough and explained the whole process and options. Ultimately, they were able to replace a sensor and get my dryer working! Shoutout to Alan and the other techs who made it happen! Greatly appreciate the service and will consider them for my appliance repair needs in the future!

I have had a busted oven for approx 3 months. Zach has been the same tech that has been helping me for about six visits. I will say this, regardless of my opinions on the application, Zach has been so thorough and dedicated in trying to help me get this resolved, I will make sure only to use Guinco and specifically Zach. He is pleasant, explains the process, patient and knowledgeable.

Technicians are very friendly and respectful when entering my home. They were honest and insightful when performing repairs and replacing parts on our ice maker. Also I was provided insight on working with my warranty and taking the proper steps.

I have a warranty with my washer and this is who they use. First time visit did good for a wash. Second wash, thought my house was on fire. Guinco came out and ran a test. Said it is normal for maytag. So I called in hopes to get someone else. again same answer. There barrell itself is hitting the right wall over and over. Said it was the water line hitting the back. I have been doing laundry for over 20 years the same way and have never had an issue. The young man told me I am washing clothes the wrong way and it is normal for the washer to do that.

NO IT IS NOT!!!! STILL BROKE AND I HAVE REPORTED YALL TO THEM FOR YOUR WORDS AND NOW I AM HERE.

I am getting my own tech and it will get fixed. Thank you. And when it gets fixed, I will update this review with the real problem so the professionals can teach you all how to do y'all's. Oh, Linon G. At least you tried and had it running good for a wash. To bad you couldn't come back. They sent oh Samuel and I can do without him and his smart mouth. Linon was great.

Update: new washer on the way. Thank you Jesus! Finally problem was found and cost was more than the value and I am getting a new one. Updated video and pictures. Go to Mr. Appliance if you want anything done

Alberto came out and was able to fix our oven and ice machine. Everyone that I had contact with was super friendly and helpful! Will definitely use Guinco again for any future needs!

Jose did a wonderful job repairing our KitchenAid dishwasher this morning. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend Guinco Service Appliance Repair, and hope others are lucky enough to have Jose as their repair technician!

This repair was smooth from beginning to end. We were kept informed by office staff through emails and texts. We cannot say enough good things about Neil, our technician. He has amazing knowledge of appliances and goes out of his way to be sure everything is understood. We would definitely use Guinco again, and hope that Neil is available if we need service!

My Whirlpool washer was having an issue and thankfully is under warranty. I went to the manufacturer website to submit a ticket and I found that Guinco was assigned for the repair. Gabriel was prompt and their customer service department was very communicative with reminders and an ETA. He indicated there have been issues with the control board on this washer and had it replaced in under 30 minutes. He was polite and personable. I also liked he put booties on before entering my house. I would definitely consider using them again even if my appliances aren’t under warranty.

The Guinco services staff and Technicians have been Super Nice and Amazing. Everytime I have had an issue with my appliance (Maytag Dryer) they have helped me without hesitation. Yes, I know I pay a monthly fee, but I still appreciate their Kindeness and Willingness to HELP!! The customer services has been Top Notch so far, and I have been a customer since 2022.

Chris has done a superb job taking care of our oven/microwave repair. He is very skilled, thorough, conscientious, and friendly. His service helped ease some of the pain of my $1,074 bill!

Had one of their technician's come out today to take a look at my washer and he fixed it all right up good as new. This technicians name was Linon. He was very professional, he was very courteous to my home. Most importantly he was on time. This company as a whole has given me nothing but the fastest and greatest service all around. Whenever I have any appliance issues that come up I usually get a quick response from my Guinco technician Alberto. He is always fast and friendly. He is always happy to help me get all my issues taken care of in a prompt manner.

I just wanted to brag on your tech, Chris. We went through our warranty company to have our KitchenAid stove, looked at because one of the elements wasn’t working correctly. He was so thorough and did an amazing job diagnosing, and ultimately fixing, the problem. He was very professional, personable, and just an all-around nice guy.

We had a great experience with Guinco Appliance Service. Roger came out to fix our JennAir refrigerator and was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem clearly, and completed the repair efficiently.

After our home warranty company sent out techs from a different appliance repair company and we experienced the worst service possible, we then turned to Guinco, who sent out technician Roger.

Roger did absolutely everything possible to repair our oven. He was thorough, professional, and clearly committed to finding a solution. He carefully diagnosed the issue, replaced multiple parts, tested numerous components, and even called the JennAir tech line multiple times to troubleshoot before determining the oven was unfortunately not repairable.

Even though it couldn’t be fixed, we truly appreciated his persistence, honesty, and considerate character. When Roger said it was beyond repair, we knew he had exhausted every possibility. We would not hesitate to request him again for any future repair needs.
