TruGreen does a great job with my lawn care. Their tech’s are courteous and knowledgeable! My lawn hasn’t looked this good in 5 years!

I switched to a cheaper option last year and they ruined my lawn. I’m back with TruGreen and very happy.

Lorenzo the service tech is the best. He is professional, thorough, timely, communicates the plan, and provides the service . I wish everything else went that smoothly with them, but it doesn't. I have been with TruGreen a year and there's always an issue. The fastest is they skipped November and when I called they say my treatments were completed , however they would come Dec 9th. I had 3 treatments left. So I asked about my November treatment. it was completed today. So, I will be waiting on my late December treatment. I'm exhausted keeping up with them. I will not be renewing.

Due to recent rainfall we have experienced an explosion of ants on our property. This is the worst infestation we have seen in many years. We are hopefull that this treatment will remove them. I appreciate the prompt response TruGreen Pest Services took to get me scheduled and serviced by the best technician.

They left a discount mailer in my mailbox and I've been needing a lawn mowing service. I signed up on their website and received a call quickly. I was informed they do not provide lawn mowing services and i politely said ok thank you. Next day they won't leave me alone. Multiple calls in a row. Show some damn professionalism. Are you telling me I have to speak to every TruGreen rep that i don't need their service? I'll never use you even if I do need lawn care service. Can stand companies that do this.

Best customer service ever. Gerrard came out and explained exactly what he was doing to the yard and what the benefits would be. Gave me some great tips on how to keep the yard green in between services. Extremely friendly and professional.

Brad is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We prefer to have Brad treat our lawn. He does a great job.

I’m not a lawn person but had to become one when I bought my first house. I’m really happy TruGreen came to my house to sell their services because I’ve been super happy with how my lawn is looking! Which is nice to keep the HOA off my back. I also have someone who comes to mow my lawn and he’s really impressed with how my grass looks. Timothy is my usual guy and he’s very knowledgeable about what he’s doing and what’s needed. I highly recommend this place!

My Tru Green Specialist was very helpful and professional. He gave me some advice and offered to put in a service ticket to get the problem resolved. At this point, I am extremely happy with both my lawn care and tree service.

This company has come to my house twice despite me not having an account with them. After the first time, I called and reported the mistake. My address is on file, but my name was not. Someone very likely input their address incorrectly.

Rather than correct the error and contact the person who booked the service, this company sent their tech out again to my property, and has called and harassed me, getting belligerent over the phone, claimed to have spoken to my husband (which they did not), and tried to switch the service to my name and presumably the other person’s credit card. I asked who would pay for this service if it was put under my name (because they don’t have my credit card information), and he did not give me an answer.

He pointed to having my phone number and email as proof of a request for putting the service in my name, but he only had this information because I called last month asking for a list of products that were erroneously put on my lawn.

I’m simply bamboozled. The products they put on my lawn last month seemed to work well, but the way I was spoken to on the phone by the man at this office and the way this has been handled ensured that I will never open an account with this company.

Seriously, beware. If they’d do this to the poor guy who opened an account at my address, just imagine what they’d do to you and your information.

Just a terrible waste of money, I hired this company around 10 years ago for year round lawn & shrub service, every year since my lawn and shrubs have declined in health, over time, slowly, when I hired this company my lawn had maybe 3% weeds, now ten years later it has around 40% weeds, I went from having not a single shrub with disease, now about 20% of my shrubs are diseased. A single application of a pre-emergent/fertilizer to the lawn once a year would FAR outperform any "lawn service" that this company offers, don't waste your money.

Darius is always super polite, very professional and gets the job done efficiently. He is a good representative for Trugreen!

I have had great results with my yard since Mr. Ashworth began treating it. My yard was yellow and brown and had more pot wholes than the streets. Finally my lawn looks like a LAWN. There's been a 95-97% improvement. He has certainly proved by his work that he is knowledgeable of his craft. The youngman is always punctual, professional and courteous.

Cancelled my service today; my lawn appointment was in the morning; got the text he arrived. My wife was home waiting for the service. We have pets, normally we are greeted at the front door, but I guess they didn’t bother and cancelled due to dogs in our backyard. I don’t accept that if u have pets one just decides to drive off without ringing a door bell. It’s inconsistent because they have always greeted us before. I used to get a knock and a conversation about what treatments being applied and what precautions I need to take. But instead, the specialist made the decision to just leave. We took time off to work out our treatment today; time and money was lost. Our notification was also 14hrs before the scheduled time and seems quite rushed for us to coordinate being available for our service. Our main frustration is primarily that 5 min after the treatment was cancelled we called back to see if they can return. There is no availability to return once it is cancelled, and I would have to reschedule. They offered me 50% off my next treatment, but I didn’t need the discount and would be fine if they just come back later to finish. There are not willing to work out accommodations like this. This is too many headaches that I have no patients for. I thought having this service would save time and money, but seems for me it’s more of a chore to work with this company. I will just go back to treating my lawn myself; looked better when I did anyway.

I had trugreen sevice since 2008, over the last 2 years the service has sucked. I called several time and with issues concerning my lawn and they never responded. December 30 2021, I cancelled the service. They came in January to review my lawn and said they would do a soil test to determine what caused my lawn to no longer have grass. After they left I never heard from them. I contacted the city of Fort Worth concerning the issue. They sent out a soil kit for me to have the soil tested which I got a a response back on 5/9/2022. well today I called trugreen to inquire
about replacing my grass. I was told by Bree, that because I cancelled my account they could not help or replace my grass. I was told by the person who does mown my lawn there was to much chemical. Judging from the report it is! I would not recommend trugreen to anyone because of there lack of standards in maintaining good service. They're about the money and nothing else. On a scale of 1-10, I would give them a -10.

I had an appointment two weeks ago the driver hit my car and almost left. Thanks to my neighbor that saw him. I have been dealing with this awful company. They rented me a car for ten days and the repair will take 4 if they find the parts. Which means I have to pay the difference out of pocket. I have called and they never answer me. I will proceed to sue. Not counting that they destroyed the lawn

Unsure of where to even start. My yard was fine just wanted some more color. They have come out multiple times now and since they started I have horrible weeds and ant beds somehow. I’ve never had either. They sent a crew to do a $200 aeration job I didn’t order. They didn’t even complete it but attempted to charge me for it. I made notes not to arrive before noon they still did it every time. They sent someone today to do a check up to fix my issues and he sat in his truck infront of my house for over 30 minutes and didn’t even go in my backyard. Left me some bogus note about the issue and of course solution is to buy more services from them. Now I have to hire someone to revert their damages. Stay far far away.
