Landpride Lot Service is superb in work ethic, knowledge and following up. Shannon came out explained in detail what needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and gave a fair and competitive rate. His crew laid top soil and a pallet of Bermuda on the day he said he would be there and it looks great and solved the problem. I recommend Shannon to anyone that needs lot work..

Shannon is an awesome dirt mover and outdoors-man as he cleared some trees for us and leveled our backyard. He made our back lot look so much better after spending a full day clearing brush, cutting down old trees and even cutting firewood for us! He is a great worker and we would definitely recommend him again!

Steve got out to my land quick. Got it mowed down and provided a reasonable quote to grade out our bar ditch. After we agreed on price he got out there and had it graded clean how we wanted. Quick honest service. Will use for future projects comin our way soon.

We came across Landpride Lot Services a few months ago. Met with Shannon at a new house we are building to discuss grading and ideas for landscaping. Both my wife and I were pleased with our visit and exchange of ideas. Shannon had his crew out to do the rough grading and clean out the drainage ditch at the front of our property. In addition, they did a major clean up of construction material. Shannon's guys were polite, professional, answered all questions, and made sure we were happy with what they had done before leaving.

Will be meeting with Shannon in the next couple of weeks to begin plans for the landscaping and lawn.

My husband and I recently bought 6 acres of undeveloped land and it had not been maintained in quite awhile. Grass was higher than our waist and there were several trees on the property that were not healthy or wanted. We contacted Landpride Lot Service and Shannon got back to us within 24 hours. He helped guide us on what services would be best and helped us understand the whole process. His quote was extremely reasonable and he was communicative the entire time. The work they did was absolutely amazing! We were thrilled to be able to actually see the lot in its entirety, rather than the jungle that was there before! Shannon was easy to get in contact with, easy to communicate with, and was easy to work with. We had an overgrown 2 acre lot with mesquite trees standing. Shannon was able to shred the lot and the mesquites in no time. They were able to get to our job sooner than originally quoted, which Shannon communicated ahead of time that they were able to accommodate us earlier and asked if that was ok. I would easily recommend Landpride Lot Service to anyone looking for site work.

We've been using Shannon and his great team of guys for over a year and a half now and he has helped transition us from our former house in Arlington to our new home in Fort Worth. His team not only cleaned up our landscaping in Arlington, which was overgrown with tall grass & weeds, overgrown shrubs, and miscellaneous trash but also dug up my existing flower beds and transferred them to our new house - a major undertaking, which we had spaced out in phases.

He has also graded, sodded, cleaned up trash and created beautiful flower beds at our new home in Fort Worth. Keeping up with 3 acres of rocky terrain, we soon found out, is not for the meek and fell way behind the eight ball trying to maintain it due to medical issues. But Shannon came to the rescue and his guys turned our jungle into a beautiful, well-kept area and continue to do so. We are working with Shannon on a few more projects as my list of "honey-do's, as my husband sighs deeply, continues to grow as quickly as the weeds & wildflowers around here.

These guys are the best of the best and extremely respectful and polite. You can't go wrong giving Shannon a call for whatever your needs may be - he is not only professional but honest and knowledgeable in all aspects of his field.

We are truly grateful for Shannon and his incredible crew and little does he know that the whole gang has been adopted by us as part of our family!

Gave them a call and spoke directly with Shannon. Told him the issue with my sprinkler system. He all about assured me it was a simple fix and will be done quick based on my description alone over the phone. Gave me a quote, scheduled me quick and showed up when he said he would. Was very polite and explained exactly how the system worked and what was going on. Literally may have been here less than an hr and I was paying the man for a completely fixed system. He not only fixed it quick but gave me a very fair bill. 100% recommend for knowledge, communication and punctuality alone.

Landpride Lot Service did a fantastic job of raising the canopy of our Live Oak tree. The workers were very thorough and their attention to detail was really evident in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree work and I’ll certainly call on them again for any kind of tree or landscaping needs.

Two young men showed up and did an outstanding job. Took about two hours, cleaned up everything, and made sure I was pleased before they left. Highly recommend this company if you need leveling done to your yard.

BEST PRICE EVER QUOTED! Working with Mr. Shannon was a breeze. He was always available to be reached for inquiries and very professional. I met one of his coworkers Stephen who actually cut my lot and we hit it off lol! Definitely an honest and friendly business and I will ALWAYS contact them first for anything we need regarding land clearing. (I told them not to worry about trimming the fence line.)They also offer other services too which really helps as I am new to owning land for a residential build. This was a God send!

Shannon came out and provided a very detailed and fair priced quote to install 2 gravel parking pads and extend one our driveways. Showed up on time and graded the areas for proper drainage and installed the gravel. Looks fantastic and no more driving through mud to park our vehicles!
