I found Landpride Tractor Service on line and called Shannon to see if he could bring some fill dirt to level areas of my commercial property and redirect water that has been flowing across my lot and getting in my warehouse. Relocated river rock, graded smooth the underlying dirt, spread decomposed granite in 2-3" layer and lastly tamped with both a roller and vibratory tamper in tight areas. Great experience, great price AAAAA+++++. Would hire again!

We were needing our lot mowed. We haven't sought a business at the time. I happened to see a young man unloading a tractor in front of our house on my way out the door headed to work. He was hired by the people who owned the lot next to ours. I asked if he was available to mow our lot. He made a few calls and he said he could mow ours after the lot next door. I spoke with the owner (Shannon) on the phone. He was friendly and gave a reasonable price. We were pleased with the job they had done. Give them a call for your landscaping needs. 😀

Shannon sent his guy Steve out to spread 3 1/2 loads of dirt over one of our fields. He went above & beyond our expectations with grading it and making sure it no longer had holes and ruts. This all happened the same day i called him. There is rain forecasted for this week and next, so they rushed out to beat it. Great service and great guys!!! Shannon is great. Asked him to help on a new property where it needed leveling and cleaning. I was unsure really what to do and let Shannon take charge and my place looks great. He removed a few trees to help with the curb appeal. Helped with draining of the water flow and much more. I would recommend Shannon for any size project that you have.

We needed a very small job done and Landpride said they could do it within a few days and they would call and schedule it. We were not in a hurry to have it done so a week delay was no big deal. My wife called me a couple hours later telling me the job was done. They were in the area and had a few minutes to knock out our job so they texted her and got to work.
