They gave us a quote, but we never received an email or update from them

Very rude especially the girl in the office answering the phones. She also refused to say her name I don't know why I called about an emergency a tree that fell on my yard they were very rude overall

Pruned in our alley, guess they’re a subcontractor for the city, did a terrible job and left most of brush in the alley. Clearly just doing the bare minimum and trying to skate by on their contract.

They came out on time. Found the problem fairly quick and fixed the problem professionally. Very pleasant experience over all. I will certainly call Smith Lawn & Tree again for future landscape project.

When my previous landscaper failed to show, I called Smith Lawn and Tree. They immediately responded and helped me redesign my landscaping after all of my shrubbery died as the result of multiple hard freezes. I can look at my yard again with pride!!!

I called because I saw on our local Facebook neighborhood page. I told the receptionist that I needed a complete drainage solution. She had to put me on hold to see if they offer this service. She then came back on and said they do and it's $115 / hr for someone to come out, talk to us and fix it. I tried to explain to her what I was asking for was not as easy as just having someone come and fix it in an hour. I told her I thought it was like a 2-day job...her response was "Yeah, well, that's what we charge for something like this...$115 / hr"

So, without even really understanding what I needed and giving me an idea of how long it would take I am supposed to just blindly pay someone $115 / hr and I don't even know what the solution ultimately is?

I called they came right out, I had a tree split from the winds (May 22, 2020) at 3:00am this morning. Asked if they could just cut the limb so would not fall on fence since they couldn’t get to me until next week. He was rather cocky with me and said well good luck we’re insured we do a better job and you’re going to pay a lot more than what we charge and I said well I guess you’re not the one for me if you can’t help me out here and he walked out of the backyard through the garage and left.

I rate Smith Lawn and Tree very favorably. The bidding was professional and prompt. The tree crew guys were on time and on task. They worked effectively and safely to remove a big tree. They cleaned up as they worked, and they left the site really clean. I recommend smith lawn and Tree, and I would use this company again.

The place where I currently work uses Smith Lawn and Tree. I gave them 5 stars because I am impressed to see the owner (at least I think it is) comes out every week the day after his crew was out to check up to make sure they did their job and that it is to his satisfaction. If something is not to his satisfaction he gets down and does the dirty work!

Good service seems hard to find these days, and especially a business that'll stand behind their work. Thankfully Smith isn't one of them; they exceeded our expectations with solid work and great follow-through. Glen Jennings is a superb leader on their team and he did very well in upholding the integrity and reputation of Smith, not to mention being very knowledgeable. Kudos to Smith, thanks for all the good work, you've earned my business going forward.

We had a large tree removed and other trees got a major trim. The cost was reasonable and the crew was very professional in doing their job. The crew was careful of other shrubbery and our neighbors property. Our property was completely cleaned of all limbs, twigs and leaves from their work.

Smith did an amazing job with our trees, re-sodding our front lawn and our overall maintenance year round including leaf pickup. They go above and beyond!

Positive experience all the way around. Everyone professional and courteous. Timely response and quality job. Customized to my requests but better than what I could envision. Highly recommend 👍🏼
