They respond very quickly and are very knowledgeable about HVAC equipment. Their tech did not need us to explain the setup at our facility. He came in, looked at our layout, identified the problem, and got to work!

We had a bad motor on our Vent-A-Hood in Alpine Texas. Don Clement answered the phone on Sunday, got the motor on Monday and drove the 470 miles and installed the motor Tuesday morning. Great customer service.

Clements did a great job when my AC went out -- twice. They showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. The problem was complicated and when the first solution didn't work, they came back and 9:30 on a Friday night to continue the repairs -- at no extra charge. Highly recommend.

These guys are great! Our AC went out Thursday morning and they were out Thursday PM to diagnose the problem. Our tech asked if we were ok with him coming back Friday morning to save us the extra after hours fee from the part store, and we agreed. Note: I’m sure if we were willing to pay the fee and needed our AC working, he would have been more than willing to do so Thursday evening! He was here bright and early Friday AM and fixed our system right up.

Clemente Services is great. I had two AC issues, one last year and one this year. Each time, a tech showed up quickly. During last years heat wave, my AC fuse melted and the tech was able to make a temp fix until the parts arrived and saved me several days of staying in a house that would of been 100 inside.

This year, something went in my AC and the tech was able to resolve the issue in about an hour. AC popped back on and he conducted a full yearly service while doing the repair work to prep me for this summer.

Prices are good for the services performed and the tech even gave me some tips on how to resolve a few of the more common issues myself.

Don and team were fantastic. I just bought a house and had two AC units go out the same day. I called Clement Services out for a second opinion after I was told by another company that I needed a new condenser. They got both my systems up and running the same day (no new equipment needed) and came back to fine tune one that wasn’t working as well as it should.
