Chris has been out twice now to fix both a mini split and main AC unit. He is efficient and honest. He was willing to figure out a problem when other companies, even the installing contractor could not! I love this is a local small business I can support! I won’t be calling anyone else from now on.

I have used them for many years for repairs , purchase and maintenance of my 2 HVAC units. Recently they fixed my AC on a Sunday morning. Covered it under warranty as well. I have never had an issue they could not resolve.

It was hot, but the A/C would only click and buzz. I tried cursing it. Nothing. So I called Brown Service Company. A couple of guys showed up faster than I thought possible and had the A/C cooling us down quickly. Seriously. They were there less than an hour, and that includes giving the system a once-over. AND the guys were great! They even pretended to laugh at the corny jokes I cracked. Brown Service Company has me as a customer, for sure.

Brown replaced our HVAc system before we moved into our new home. They removed all the old ductwork as well and you can tell the difference in the air quality from the dirty old ductwork. They have come and tuned my AC more than once and every member of their team has been easy to work with so far!

I called Brown Service Company to service my central heating system on Wednesday and they sent a service technician the next day. I was very impressed with their technician, Jordan. Very polite and knowledgeable. He explained to me all the check points he would be servicing on my heating system. Recently we had a new roof installed and the roofers punctured our freon line. When the roofing company turned their backs on us, Brown made it their mission to help – they fit us in for a review of the damage right away and tried to schedule us next day for work to be done. Unfortunately, another job was keeping the Brown team busy, so they decided to lend us a portable AC unit, which didn’t cool the entire house, but did keep us from being locked in a bedroom or stay at a hotel for several days.

I found Brown Service Co on Google and thank heaven I did! I had contacted 5 other HVAC companies to come out & give me a bid to get HVAC ducts ran to our back bathroom as it has never had heat & air since we purchased our home in 2006. 1 contractor out of the 5 I contacted actually showed up but never sent me a bid telling me his techs were too large to fit in our attic. I never heard back from that contractor. From the 1st time I called Brown Service Company 4 days ago to meeting Jimmy for the 1st time later that day, Brown Service Co has been AMAZING! The bid was fair. Jimmy is VERY knowledgeable & a "good ole boy", my favorite type of contractor. I had a deadline of today due to being in the middle of a bathroom remodel & they made it happen. They came into our home today as promised and completed the job. My husband and I both HIGHLY recommend Brown Service Co & their phone number is now permanently in my phone as our new HVAC company.

I love this company! I use their annual maintenance plan for the AC/Heater, and it is an excellent service that helps increase the longevity of our units. Every member of the team has been polite, patient, and kind (especially when explaining technical information).

Great company. Have had a contract with them for years and they never disappoint. Our air conditioner finally died on one of the hottest days of last year...105 degrees. They were there the next morning to replace it! Really appreciate Brown Service Company!

I called Brown Service Company for our Business in Texas. We were having massive amounts of water leaking in through our wall mounted split system., filling up 5 gallon bucket overnight. They came quickly by next morning since I called them late and they repaired the Condensate tube blockage.
Friendly, fast, knowledgeable service. Would recommend them to others. Price was fair for work and trip to us.

Called at 8 am ... told them I would be home at 10 and there they were... very knowledgeable repairman took the time to tell me what and why the AC was not cooling...my parents have used this company for over 25 years with no issues... would highly recommend...I normally don't do reviews but when a company excells in service and trustworthy I'm going to take the time....
