I'm very surprised at the great reviews as I'm not sure exactly what company i was dealing with. I went to the website called the number and someone answered Ideal Partners. I thought i called the Next Door but the women i spoke to said they could help even though I thought i had the wrong number. She transferred me to a man by the name of Steven or some variation of that name. He said he would have someone (John) out which worked out. This is when things took a turn. When I spoke to the tech that came it seemed he knew nothing about what he was doing or had to do. He said he couldn't completely fix it because the parts warehouse was closed and at the same time he told me he had to go to Home Depot to get a few things. He also said someone would come tomorrow and finish fixing it. Never heard of a half done HVAC job especially when the temperature is rising in my business. Needless to say, no one came the next day to fix anything and I was left finding another company. This "company" also seems to go by Global Air Conditioning & Heating.

He was punctual and me a fair price to install my heater. He was a gregarious and kind guy. I am really impressed with this business.

Had 2 separate issues with the AC on different days and I was placed on a schedule only to have a call same day. Both service technicians on the different calls were very professional and courteous. Each explained the issue and completed the service efficiently. Also, it is much appreciated when they wear the boot covers when entering the home.

We have used Brown for many years and have always been more than pleased with the service they provide. When we needed to replace a unit, their price was very reasonable compared to others. We have a service contract and they always send out the same man, so he knows our equipment and us. We will never call anyone else.

I email Brown SerCo and the got back to me the next morning. Jordan came out that day. He was very professional. He came to my parents house also 2 weeks prior and was highly recommended by them. My neighbor across the street also uses Brown ServCo. No complaints from me and communication throughout the process was exceptional.
6/10 I received Brown Service on my AC so I get be prepared for the TX summer heat and Chris showed up on time and Brown called me before hand to tell me Chris was on his way. This is my second year with Brown to service my AC and will continue their services in the future. Thank you for all you do to keep us comfortable.

Brown Service did an outstanding job for us. Shane took time to explain everything in detail about the install, time, and price. The crew and workmanship were outstanding. The office personnel were very friendly and helpful. Prices were fair and timeliness of the install was spot on. We will hire them again to do our second mini split install.

These guys are the best! My heating went out last night and the next morning I called them. They were here later this morning. I also use their biannual tuneup service during which some potential problems were spotted and fixed right away, saving me tons of money down the road. Highly recommend!
