A++++ customer service! I have a chronic illness where I can’t tolerate the Texas heat. I called Mid Cities Air at 10:30 last night when my ac quit working, repair guy at my door at 8:20 this morning. It doesn’t get any better than that!

This company has been our go-to for regular maintenance for past few years. Always get great customer service and honest work done.

I found out our AC stopped working right before heading out for a dental appointment today. My better half panicked and worried about losing AC for the night especially with little ones. He called out an engineer from this company who replaced a burnt out capacitor for $556. All was done before I headed home from the dental appointment. After googling the price of capacitor which shows the range from $10 to $70, I am wondering… are we ripped off? Are there any regulative organizations that we can report them?

We have had Jonathan and Zack each come out to our house. Both of these gentleman were very nice and knowledgeable. Had me up and running fast both times they came out. We will forever use Mid Cities Air Conditioning & Heating.

I've enjoyed having service with Mid-Cities Air for several years as they send technicians who aren't salespeople. The only thing that makes me reluctant to renew my yearly service contract is the cringeworthy way that the phone is answered. It was cute at first but just turns my stomach now.

When I called they were able to get me in same day. Both technicians were very knowledgeable and answered all questions. We will definitely use Clements in the future.

They are not trustworthy or know what they are doing
They come out and does not privide any services or give estimates and charges trip charges for hundreds of dollars
And then I have to call back for follow up and they get back to us a few months later for charges for the trip they made
Other business will give us the details and how much they will charge for the visit and the repair if the service can be provided
Never a follow up and just a trip charge for 350 dollars for two hours of non provided services un believable

Great customer service , we had a problem with our freezer at our facility and the service was prompt and well prepared. I will use them again in the future and will happily refer them to other businesses and associates!
