At 730 PM on Sunday evening, I had a plumbing emergency under kitchen sink. By 749 PM, Jacob arrived and fixed it perfectly!

They were able to fit us in same day for clogged toilet which actually was clogged main line. Clean up was exceptional. Friendly and pleasant workers.

My sewer backed up Jan 1st, I'm so glad Dustin answered the phone and was on the way. He was an excellent technician, explained everything and was very professional. Thank you again.

These guys are AMAZING! I called them before 7:00 AM with a huge water leak caused by roofers putting a nail through a water line. They were at the house by 7:45 AM and had called out the restoration help! that arrived within the house---ON A SUNDAY! Seriously, they couldn't have been more helpful, concerned, caring, and efficient.

Dustin came out on an emergency sewage backup on the weekend and cleared that sucker right up. Also ran a camera down there to check for damage or roots. Very good prompt service. I’ll be calling them again if I need anything else done

I called for service at 8 pm and they were at my house an hour later. Dustin and Ryan were very honest about my plumbing issues and were very professional. Highly recommend

This is an update I am happy to make... Sy at Emergency Plumber Now contacted me to apologize about my bad experience, totally refunded the charge, asked me to give them another shot in the future, and said the staff issue was resolved. My faith has been restored, this is what I call good customer service!!!

Dustin was prompt, informative, and friendly despite it being a hectic event for us and a busy day for him (winter freeze). The pricing was very fair, and I would absolutely use them again (hopefully we don’t have to :) ).

Jacob was so knowledgeable and did not mine me asking lots of questions. He was very polite and respectful of my property. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Charged me $400 for plumbing service, lasted 4 days, then would not come back without another $400 charge. Left cap off of main drain, waste all over rock and landscaping. Call Sandy at Triple E Plumbing, saved money and very satisfied!!!

I can’t express how outstanding my experience was with EPN. We had a plumbing emergency hit on a Saturday night at 9:30pm. Before reaching EPN, I had called so many so called “emergency” plumbers that night and none would answer or return calls. Then I came to EPN and Brandon was the ONLY business that answered the phone! Brandon told me Jacob would be out in an hour after his preceding job. Brandon kept his word and Jacob showed up. It was 11:30pm. We had a TOUGH job and Jacob worked so hard trying to get it cleared out. Ultimately Jacob and Brandon both had to return the next day with more powerful equipment to clear the line due to tree roots. Jacob was hard working, courteous, persistent and driven. He was not giving up. He showed us what he was seeing and explained to us throughout the process. When the job was completed the price was exceptionally reasonable. Every time provided and commitment given was upheld. They made an unpleasant circumstance a very tolerable experience. We will definitely use EPN again. We also now have their annual maintenance plan!
P.s. two days later and none of those other emergency plumbers have even returned our messages!

We had an emergency leak situation, and Jacob remedied the problem. He was very nice and professional! He also arrived within 30 minutes of us making the call; no other company we called was able to come out at 10:15 p.m. So thankful!

The Friday afternoon before Christmas and my hot water heater goes out! They were able to get someone out in a very short amount of time and fix the problem quickly. Very happy with Jacob’s work and they are always friendly and professional.

Jacob and Casey did an awesome job for us!! They installed a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and an under the counter water purifier for us on the same day. They arrived when they said they would, were respectful and thorough, and they cleaned up after themselves. Also appreciated all the communication before, during, and after the job. Dustin was pleasant and professional and explained the process very well. AND he did not make a mess! I’m 100% sure we will work with Emergency Plumber Now, LLC in the future because they are so meticulous.

All I can say is we had a major emergency the whole water system in our house leading from our water well to the pressure tank blew out we were lucky to find this company and they sent a gentleman named Dustin. You need to remember that name Dustin he is the most kind efficientPlumber person all around man you would ever wanna meet he’s dedicated to make sure you are taking care of or he won’t leave so please read this and if you have a plumbing issue of any kind, please call this company and definitely ask for Dustin to come out

Jacob and Brandon are awesome. I'd recommend them any day. Jacob arrived early and was professional the entire time, keeping me in the loop as he worked on diagnosing the cause of the constant knocking my family and I have had the displeasure of experiencing for the last few months. They were able to quickly diagnosed and remedied the problem in a timely manner. No more knocking! Thanks for the peace of mind. I appreciate you guys
