The salesman through the installers and through the technicians were fantastic. We had an issue with venting from a prior roof install an ARS was wonderful. They came back out multiple times to see the issue was corrected. Our safety was their top priority. Thank you Ricci and Mike. Will use them again.

I recently had a fantastic experience with The ARS technician Adrian who performed the tune-up on my AC unit. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about HVAC systems. During the service, he took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions thoroughly. I appreciated his attention to detail,as he checked the all the components to ensured everything was running efficiently. After the tune-up, my AC is running cooler and more quietly than ever! I highly recommend him and the ARS company for anyone needing HVAC maintenance.

I think the plumber that came out to my house. Was really perfect for my job. Not only was he clean and neat, he was honest. He didn't try to sell me anything. And listen to what I Wanted, and then he told me what it would take to do that and if there was any additional parts that I was missing. And how much they would cost, they even said, if I think I can get them cheaper, I can go and buy them myself, that tells me that this company isn't only interested in the markup, they want to make sure that you're satisfied. I'll use them again in the future. Even though the prize, it wasn't necessarily what I wanted to pay, it was fair and accurate

His work ethic and attention to detail are exceptional! He’s quick to identify the problems and he listened to all my plumbing concerns and resolved them all and at a reasonable price!

Price was competitive, service was great. They got here, gave a summary of their work, got their stuff done and went over it and were out the door - 1 1/2hr and all done.

So far, I have been very disappointed. Careless mistakes have been made by the appraisal and scheduling departments. They were unable to find us a replacement unit, yet I found one myself. After my installation was rescheduled for a Saturday, I was called at the end of Friday afternoon and told the crew assigned didn't even work on Saturdays. Now we have to wait until Monday for installation. We will have been without hot water for 9 days IF they finish Monday midday, as promised again.
Multiple apologies with no tangible "for your inconvenience" customer appreciation. This was supposed to keep my husband from any manual labor. Unfortunately, he's had to go and pick up a water heater, then bring it in the house by himself up two sets of cement steps. He's over 70. It took two young men to bring in the wrong one the first time they tried installation.
I'm hoping they finally get it right on Monday. I'll change my review if they can pull it off satisfactorily.
UPDATE: They did complete the installation on Monday morning in a timely manner. I paid them. They told me I would receive a receipt from their office in 24 hours via email.
It has been 5 days and they are hounding me for payment. My bank shows they have been paid. I still have not received an email. I called the employee who dealt with us and was told I woudn't receive the receipt until the bill was paid. I told him I paid it. He said it had to be paid in full. I had paid with a credit card. I said you mean I have to wait until I pay off the credit card? He said no, us. I paid you 5 days ago, I repeated. He finally just told me to call their office.
What is the point of having a mobile point of sale device and charging my credit card and then getting paid by my bank if you're just going to try and get me to send you a check for the entire amount?
This company is either run by incompetent or devious persons. I do not recommend hiring them. The worst part is that Lowe's Home Improvement recommended them to install the water heater I bought at Lowe's. The water heater is a good brand. The installation price was very reasonable. The actual plumber who did the installation work was very professional and seemed to be a nice guy. He was quite personable when communicating with us. However, I will never do business with this company ever again and will never recommend them to any of my neighbors, family or friends.

I had been dealing with a backed up kitchen sink with my own snake equipment trying to save money but finally had to call the plumbers. I seriously thank God I found ARS Rescue Rooter who had a plumber out here the very next day and ready to do the work same day for a very affordable price! I had recently been quoted an exorbitant price for the same job from a different company that would come out at a later date, so I was amazed at how affordable ARS Rescue Rooter was even with warranty. Regan was polite, very informative, had no issues answering any questions I had, and did an amazing job.
10/10 will definitely be recommending Regan and ARS Rescue Rooter to everyone I know. Straight up lifesavers with pricing, professionalism, and customer service!

Great service in a timely manner. I was having issues with another plumbing company that quoted an extremely high amount that was costing $6900 at first then they said I needed $28900 . I was also given false information by them. Saying my whole house needed to be repiped. After I spoke to ARS for a second opinion. They sent out William Farrar. He put the camera underground showed me the pipes were fine. Then he did a water test and said no pipes were leaking. Thank you for sending him out and for him being so honest with me and explaining everything and showing me on camera they were good. I gladly paid the $375 as apposed to the $6900 to $28900. I was quoted. It’s sad because I am a lady that the other company tried to take advantage of me being a women.

What a bunch of jokers!! I called just before 5 pm on December 7th for a clogged toilet, was given an appointment between 6 pm and 9 pm. I called again at 8:15 pm to check, and was told that the person I spoke to took down all the notes, BUT NEVER SCHEDULED THE APPTMT!! That is literally the only job of the person, to schedule an apptmt! BOZOS

We have used them 3 times and were very pleased with their service each time. They are honest and committed to doing the work right. We have had Matt in our home twice. He's very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter.

New hot water heater was installed quickly and professionally. Old water heater was hauled away, and the area was spotless following installation. The technician was very professional and provided full information on use and care going forward.

I am also trying to leave a second review from this most recent service in November so I’m adding onto this previous review from the summer. I just had my hot water. Furnace changed out today and the service men did an excellent job.

Riccie was prompt, did a great job of discussing opinions, and going over the project before and after. Rescue Rooter office personnel were great to work with and followed through on their commitments.

ARS / Rescue Rooter Did a good job. Called and texted then explained the process and the pay points. Explained and showed the video camera. Seemed knowledgeable and professional.
