I had a gentleman here by the name of Jack burn. And I must say this man was the most attentive and caring about customers satisfaction and happiness that I have ever seen. Mr. Burn went out of his way in more ways than one to help. He was honestly more concerned about customer satisfaction and ensuring that we could negate future problems with a little bit of preventative care.

This was the first time I've ever used ARS. And I can guarantee you it will not be my last. They are located in this office in Richland hills my city and I will never choose another plumber going forward they have a customer for life.

I am happy with the two installers but not at all happy with what the end product looks like. It is an eyesore with white PVC showing in the front. The pan around it blocks entry to my shelf unit and I feel I should have been told that before they installed it. If I would have known, I would have requested a different model. The salesperson told me my hot water would be hot faster than my previous one and that is not the case. I am extremely unhappy.

The plumber (Nicholas) was super professional and friendly. After a few minutes he was hard and work un-stopping the drain line. I had hired a plumber the day prior who spent 3hrs unsuccessfully trying to fix the problem. It to Nicholas all of 20 min or less. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and didn't mind me watching.
I am so grateful that he came out and would recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter to anyone. Ten stars. Thank you Nicholas 👍👍👍

They did a good job responding to our plumbing emergency. Jonathan did a good job. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the work was pretty pricey.

Water heater went out and I could not get it to light. They were fully booked but managed to get a technician to come by. He took care of my problem very quickly.

Lifesaver! After taking my knowledge and "repair" abilities as far as I could take them, I contacted this company.
They were at my house first thing the next morning. I felt like I was swimming in sand trap floods! Thank you Mr Gray for your professionalism and your pleasant attitude. I found it comforting and it helped me off the ledge of chaos!

I was very disappointed I was quoted one price and then they told me something totally different like $700+ the job was not done and I still had to pay $149 for coming to my house. That wasn’t talked about on the recording line however I'm going to call to great my money back Very bad experience with them communication goes a long way. They was supposed to be there between 8am and 12 they came after 2pm.

Nick was a gentleman and professional. He cleared my main sewer pipe quickly. Nick then checked all my sinks,tubs and toilets to make sure they all drain properly. He also gave me pro tips about the plumbing. All of this service and at a great price!!

Sam Hernandez for ARS came out to give us a quote on water heaters and he did a great job! He was professional, knowledgeable & friendly. We talked about my needs and their options, all of which he explained in detail. The installation is coming this week and I am hopeful for the same experience with that process.

Bryce was straightforward with me and told me exactly what was needed vs. what my other additional options were to get my sewage ejector pump up and running again. He didn’t try to sway me on unnecessary options and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t really need. He simply listened to my problem and provided a solution in a very timely and professional manner. Additionally he provided all paperwork and information that I needed without me having to ask for it. Thanks Bryce, I’ll be calling for you again for additional work. ARS you should give him a raise!

I wish I could give them a 0. Our toilet flooded during a party. We called ARS who promised to be there within a certain timeframe. I specifically asked-don’t come out if you can’t be here within this time frame-so we called back to make sure- Oh yes, yes we’ll be there before this particular time. First they never called to communicate to us there would be a significant delay. Second they never showed up when they said they would. Third, they booked us for the next day without even telling us. They kept stringing us along, which prevented us from calling someone else to fix the problem. Because of them - their failure to show and failure to communicate, we have even more water damage. Had they communicated the delay or their intention to no-show we wouldn’t have sustained so much damage. We would have had the opportunity to call someone that would have shown up and minimized what happened. I would never do business with a company like this. Failure to communicate causes serious problems and displays no regard for customers.
Note - They did attempt to call me today while I was at work regarding this review to discuss it. Doesn’t mean they care about the customer, just how it looks forward facing the public. Buyer Beware.

Professional and Knowledgeable plumbing company. I couldn't get off from work thru the week so Ars Rescue Rooter went the extra mile by coming out on a Saturday morning to resolve my plumbing issues. Exceptional plumbing company that I will recommend to my neighbors.

I contacted this company because I had a toilet bolt leak and a running toilet, the name of the company sounded familiar so I went with them, also they were able to get me scheduled same day with a technician named Jonathan. I believe the pricing is steep even with the military discount. I was informed it would be better to change out the toilet instead of repair because doing a bolt repair was risky and could break the toilet bowl, so I went and bought/ pickup a toilet from the home depot to be installed. Because I was committed to getting this toilet replaced today I opted out of the home depot $199 installation and haul away that I’d found out about while purchasing my toilet. Installation took 45 mins at the most and it cost me $425, then I was offered a discount for the other toilet rebuild for $150 instead of the $425 that I was quoted. I declined after the purchase and installation of the first toilet. Pros: Responsive, on time, helpful. Cons: Expensive

I’m so glad I called ARS Rescue Rooter they were prompt, followed through with everything they said and Nick was very knowledgeable and educated us! I will be adding them to my 1st call list and definitely recommend them! Even the other staff Will and the guy that came out to do the clean outs were amazing and professional! I felt I got the best world treatment!

We discovered a damp floor in a closet. Authorized work to replace sewer five feet under the slab. We worked with Jonathan on the estimate. The work proceeded smoothly thanks to Ricky and his associate. Sadly, the floor remained wet. With further investigation a very slow and intermittent leak was found in the bathroom wall. Ricky sprang into action and completed that operation once authorized by the office. Overall, I am satisfied with the results. Photos are attached. Price could have been better but… really pleased with the expertise and responsiveness of the technical team.

Jonathan came out after another plumber could not locate break in main sewer drain after digging hole in my yard. Jonathan located and marked the break and it was exact!!! He is skilled and knows the importance of doing the job right. Great dig crew kept area disrupted to minimum and took extra measures to protect my yard. Rubio came and made the repair and also provided service and installation of update on water heater. Dig crew returned and did an outstanding job or refilling hole and putting/leveling grass back. I am completely pleased with every individual I met from ARS during this project. They demonstrated quality work, communication, and professionalism. They take pride in their work and the service they provide. ARS will always be the company I trust.

Don’t use! They work with Lowe’s, charged me $2500 for water heater and did not give detailed estimate, come to find out the heat was only $569! Way over priced for installation.

Randy was professional, patient and kind. We appreciate ARS's same day service. Randy was informative. He explained to me how to read the water meter. We have used them before and will use them again. Thanks, for the excellent work.

This was my first time using ARS Rescue Rooter so I wasn’t sure what to expect when they came out. I had friends telling me to be careful with companies trying to price gouge. That was not the case. Tony was awesome and did a great job. He explained everything to me step-by-step and showed me the camera video to see what exactly was going on. He did not try to pressure me into by paying for services and I couldn’t afford. 100% reasonable and great service. I am definitely going to be recommending them and using them again! 5⭐️ service!

Was super impressed with the speed. From the time of my call - they arrived within 20 minutes ! They were also thorough in explaining the problem and repair options. They also got the necesssary "green tags" (permitting) before back filling (completing) the repairs. It was more expensive than I anticipated - but pretty confident the repair was done properly the first time. Thank you John !

Jonathan and his team did a fantastic job!
The entire cast iron pipes under the house had to be replaced. The quote was very precise. The dig team did a great job laying down plywood on the lawn and patio. The entire job took about a week and when finished you could not tell anything had happened.
Forget the large Corp companies they charged for coming out and camera inspections.
This team is the way to go. Thanks to all!!
