What a great company! My first encounter with EPN, LLC was when our home was flooded and we needed the pipe fixed. Jacob was fast, efficient, and friendly. Then, as we were remodeling our home immediately following the flood, we got estimates from Jacob and the owner, Brandon, for both tank and tankless water heaters. Jacob made excellent recommendations, so we went with a tankless system. Jacob & Dustin came out, did all the prep work to relocate the system according to new codes, installed the system, and dealt with all the inspectors and issues that came up. They took care of everything! We're extremely pleased with the work that Brandon, Jacob, and Dustin have done for us. We feel like we've made friends along the way, too. EPN, LLC will be our go-to for all our plumbing needs going forward!

Dustin and Ryan came to our home on 1/26/24 to repair the leaking water connector valves going to our washer and refrigerator. The work they did was excellent, and both of them were so helpful and friendly. They just reinforced how much we like the people who work there. THE BEST!

I highly recommend using Emergency Plumber Now. They made a quick appointment for me and when Dustin Jordan arrived, he could not have been more professional as he tried to solve my gas fireplace problem with no help at all from me. He went above and beyond to correct the problem. I later got a follow up call which shows what great customer service they have.

We were told that the technician, Jacob would be out the following morning. He showed up as expected. Jacob did a great job replacing new ball valve, flex lines with the Hot water heater! We didn't have an emergency, but we did need service, and EPN responded readily. Jacob was efficient and capable in installing the flood stop on our water heater, and readily walked me through how it worked and how to know when the batteries would need replacing. It was a good experience and we'll gladly call them again for our next plumbing need.

I can not say enough good things about this company! I had an emergency with my Septic! I called them yesterday AND they figured out a way to get to my house the SAME day and pump my tank!!! The gentleman that was there went above and beyond what he was there to do! I could not have been any more happy with the service I received!!! I will recommend this company to all friends!! HORRIBLE driver. Almost took off the front end of my vehicle and the back end of someone else’s attempting to weave in and out of traffic while speeding. Truck number was M22558. Read the other reviews and read that this isn’t the only time the drivers have had a complaint reported.

Whoever was driving eastbound on I-20 on the morning of 4-4-22 almost caused 2 separate accidents due to reckless driving. If you're going to let them drive a company truck, you may want to get a better insurance policy to cover them!

Excellent, I called on a Saturday afternoon at 4pm, they sent someone immediately. Gave me a discount. Tony was great at diagnosing and explaining the issue. I have used this company for the past 4 years. Always on time, great service, and professional staff.

We contacted ARS for looking into our aging furnace and air conditioner. Jonathan paid us a visit first to assess the conditions of the furnace and the AC. He explained very well what was wrong and why replacement of those were needed. The next day Tony came in to discuss the issues and how ARS planned to go about doing what needed to be done. It was decided that both the furnace and the air cooling systems needed to be entirely replaced. He then placed various options before us and tried his best to make the option we chose affordable for us. Tony was extremely knowledgeable, well-spoken, courteous and friendly. The next day Tiko and Jairo came in the morning and worked through most of the day setting up the systems. They went about their job very professionally, and seemed very skilled at what they were doing. They explained everything to us patiently after everything was done.

I wish I could give them a 0. Had a leak coming from ceiling we knew it was a clog. We went to Home Depot to get a few items and ARS was suggested ( I should have said no) but they had a $19.95 special. Sunday July 13 2025 tech Adrian Wilson shows up and tells us the water pan had been compromised and the leak was steaming from that. Keep in mind my system is only 2 years old so I could not phantom how the drain pan had a leak. I asked about the clog and he states yes it is clogged however that will not fix the issue. So at this point can you address the clog and we will address the other issue later. He stated they could give me some quotes for pan replacement. $1200 to change a drain pan is diabolical it cost less than 50 dollars at Home Depot. He also stated we needed new drain lines which was $100 per foot. I have about 6 to 7 feet to be replaced so roughly $700 for that so a total of about $1900 for repair. You have got to be out of your rabbit holes looking for carrots. They charged me $270.00 to unclog the lines. Leak was still present so we called out the company that installed the units the came out yesterday 7/16/25 just 3 days later. Let’s just say ARS Freaking lied Adrian did not even attempt to unclog my lines took my money and ran. My original guy stated that he did not unclog the line that is connected to the drain pan which is why the water was just sitting and causing it to leak. Leak immediately stopped once he unclogged the line and has not leaked since. I have reached out to see about a resolution heard from one manager who stated that she would have someone reach back out. I have not heard a peep since then. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. You all teach your techs to lie to customers take their money and don’t render service. I will be disputing this charge. And I won’t ever use them or recommend to absolutely anyone.

Both company and tech were very professional. They were on the job within a couple of hours of receiving my plumbing request. I was kept updated and I think that their pricing was very fair. Not only would I use this company again, I highly recommend that others give them a try. They actually exceeded five stars.

Nick was fantastic! He knew exactly what the issue would be, explained very well to me and my kids, then executed his role flawlessly. He cleaned up his tools and the yard before he left! I highly recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter and Nick!
