The technician, Hamid, was very professional and informative as to what my AC issues were. He immediately offered a solution and I approved him doing the work on the spot. He did a thorough job of also assessing other potential issues that I also approved for work later in the week.

My regret is that I didn't use Master Comfort AC during the initial installation.

Hamid did routine furnace/heating check up. Installed fail-safe shutoff for drain pan over -fill. Also installed access to drain line pipe for cleaning.
