Just called on the phone. Was told I needed to provide all my information (name, number, email, and address) just to figure out the pricing on dryer vent cleaning. It’s a simple base a price and tell me what I could possibly be paying. I gave all of my information and was told that they service in the city i live in. He then proceeded to tell me that unfortunately I can’t receive any service and when I asked why he said he “could not tell me why”. At the end of the phone call, I asked if he could erase all the information I gave him and i’m not even sure if he did. Overall super weird phone call, and honestly sketchy.

We called Southern Comfort Heating & Air and a technician was quickly dispatched to address our AC issues. We were very fortunate that they sent Aaron, who was friendly and incredibly informative, diagnosing and providing a quote before the service began, as well as explaining how the system worked so that we could be confident the work was being completed. We will absolutely reach out to this company again if we have any future HVAC needs. Thank you for sending Aaron and getting us cool again so quickly!

Aaron came out today to give me a few estimates on A/C repairs and he was a joy to work with. Very informative, patient, thorough and professional. I even had another company arrive shortly after he arrived and they were not even close to the service he provided. He explained everything and provided me with so many options and advice. More than likely I will call them back for the work and will leave another review.

Had a/c unit installed Mr. Donnivin was point man from sales , installation , had issues with 1st condenser, he got everything replaced w/ no hassles whatsoever. Mr.Donnivin was excellent the whole time . Couple of issues that occurred during installation that fall on installers 1st was i assume is being complacent not going over work order before installation i have a dual zone system and apparently was not installed that way reason I say this is when they came out few days later to address and issue installer told me if i knew i had a dual zone system which didnt make sense due to that was the first thing i told Mr.Donnivin when getting quote. Mr. Donnivin got everything handled and corrected rigtt away no hassles. 2nd is due to bring young w/ no experience dealing with customers being upfront and straightforward with customer and lied saying i cut their repair time short when he said to me he had finished. Again Mr.Donnivin took care of it right away no questions asked. And youngster no longer came out and i hope it was a learning experience & he was given some extra training on customer service. Again. MR. DONNIVIN WAS POINT MAN FROM START TO FINISH AND STILL POINT MAN IF I HAVE ANY ISSUES.

I am so impressed with the quick response and professionalism of this company. I called because my outside compressor fan was making a terrible noise during the freeze. Even though the heat was working, the noise was worrisome. Aaron came out and explained how my heat pump worked, checked everything out, and showed me some ice build up on the unit outside that likely explained the noise I was hearing. We really appreciated his patience and thorough answers to our questions. I signed up immediately for a service contract with Southern Comfort Heating and Air.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Aaron, a technician who completed HVAC services at my home. Aaron was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in his work. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure I was satisfied with the inspection of my heater. Was impressed with the time he took to inspect my heater. Made some recommendions that seemed pricey to me but will review and consider. As he stated. Don't have to do all. Just recommendations. Also they do monthly payments. Technician provided thorough inspection of two electric HVAC systems. When inspection was completed, technician provided detailed explanation of items that required replacement and/or repaired along with photos. We were also provided written quote. We had a short time line to obtain this inspection. Also, we were a day away from a holiday. We were glad this company was able to accommodate our schedule and complete everything on the same day. We rely on Fresh Air to do our Spring and Fall a/c and heater inspections. Their technician Marvin is friendly, thorough, and detailed in his inspection. Being a bilingual family, we also like that he is fluent in both English and Spanish. We highly recommend this company.
