My experience was extremely satisfying! I was looking for a company that would service my unit thoroughly for a spring check up (tune up). Jevin did just that. He checked off all my boxes and answered all my questions. He gave me information to keep my unit running smoothly with preventive maintenance that no other technician from any other company ever gave me. I was very impressed. I will definitely recommend Jevin and look forward to doing business with Fresh Air Inc. air conditioning and heating.

My technician, Grady, just finished my AC spring maintenance and as usual (he’s been here before) I was very pleased. He’s always professional and courteous. I’ve been using Fresh Air for almost 20 years and have always been satisfied with this company.

Grady came out today to do regular scheduled maintenance and investigate some air flow issues. He was great - super knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and efficient. I am so, so glad we were referred to Fresh Air. They always do such a great job.

Fresh Air LP came through wonderfully! We’d had some power outages because of the storms and both my air and heat stopped working once the power came back! I did a little investigating and found out that a secondary fuse was open (the error code shown.) So I looked up technicians through Carrier’s website and found them. They are top rated and for good reason. Grady got here about an hour after I called them! We found out that a tiny fuse on my furnace had blown. If it hadn’t, it would have ruined both my units and cost me a fortune to fix. He also explained several other things I never knew about my HVAC system. They have my absolute highest recommendation, and I would also recommend signing up for their maintenance program as well. It’s great to have peace of mind and know professionals like Grady and the team can come through when you need them! Thank you again!

Jevin came out today to do our AC maintenance. He was very thorough, explained everything, answered all my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely cared about excellent customer service. I highly recommend Fresh Air and really appreciate such a wonderful job.

Jevin came out to perform our annual maintenance and install a soft start on our AC unit. He was fantastic, super knowledgeable and willing to explain what was going on with the complexities of our specific unit. He went above and beyond on the install, including cleaning up old unused wiring and redoing all of the connections to make sure we didn’t have an issue as the unit continues to age. Couldn’t recommend Jevin and Fresh Air more!

Great experience from start to finish. Grady, the technician from Fresh Air knows Carrier Heat Pumps. Hands Down! The company that installed my two carrier units were not capable of solving my issues. Fresh Air / Grady diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes and made the repairs. Additionally, he spent time with me discussing how heat pumps work. If you have a Carrier Heat Pump; start here with FRESH AIR first. Highly recommended.

Fresh Air has been servicing our air conditioning and heating system for over 25 years. There is no one else I would call for service. We have been on a twice yearly inspection schedule for many years, and it has extended the life of our system, not to mention given us peace of mind.

Today George C. did a yearly checkup on our AC before the weather heats up. He installed a valve that made it more effective to flush the drain line, and I’m so glad he suggested this. He did a thorough checkup, was polite, respectful and a pleasure to talk to. Bravo!!

Grady is a great service tech. He communicates well, explains what he will do, and asks questions. He didn't want to trip the A/C breakers at the units because they fail and wanted to trip the main unit. But we agreed that if they failed we'd just replace them (he had the parts). It didn't fail but that's the kind of integrative work process that makes him a great service tech

Carrier Infinity system control checkup on power outage Saturday. I called and Grady was in my home and had my Carrier system up in running in short order. Knowledgable, fast & timely service from Fresh Air LP. My HVAC Team!
