I called Fresh Air at 8:00AM and Marvin came by at approximately 10:00AM after his first appointment. He was thorough in explaining the issues and even gave tips for maintenance. Marvin was able to assess the problem, drive 30 minutes out to get a part and return to finish the job by 1:30PM. Marvin went the extra mile in fixing my unit, and I owe him my life for giving the missus some cold air! 😅

I am very happy with the service that Fresh Air provides in maintaining my A/C and Furnace. Fresh Air recently cleaned my furnace filter and cleaned the A/ C unit located outside. I will continue to be a customer of Fresh Air for a very long time. Thank you. Nina Williams.

The technician, Jevin, was very detailed and answered all of my questions professionally. Highly recommend. He showed up on time and was very respectful to the house with boot covers; not many of the service technicians wear boot covers. Keep up the great work, Jevin, and I will see you in the Spring.

Fresh Air LP is awesome!! I used them for years in Sugar Land and then I moved to Cypress and I missed because they did not service the area. Now they DO! Yah hoo! Fresh Air has great customer service. They are so personable. Every time we’re sent someone I feel that we’re treated like family. Great job done. Great pricing. Great employees. Today we were sent Jevin. He was diligent in his work and found the issue. He was so polite and respectful to the whole family (including my toddler who had many questions) and explained what and why there were issues with our A/C.

Marvin came out at the agreed upon time and was very efficient and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He took the time to answer my questions I had and was polite and professional while doing so. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone and will use again in the future. Thanks Fresh Air and Marvin!

Like always, the customer service and response time from this company is outstanding. They balance my vents to my wife’s liking and the A/C is freezing cold. Happy wife Happy life. My a/c unit was recently having issues due to a power surge. Grady Duvall was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue. We have been using Fresh Air for our a/c and heating for the last 30 years and highly recommended them.

Rene, David, & Josie, did an outstanding job improving the insulation on my low pressure Freon lines today. They were very thorough, timely, and paid much attention to detail. Great work and I highly recommend the Fresh Air team!

Have used Fresh Air for nearly 20 years. Excellent service and just recently Grady did a great job on my Fall maintenance check.

Sam with Fresh Air was out today to perform our semi-annual inspection and replace filters. He went above and beyond in responding to a request I had and put years of concern to rest. Fresh Air has always been our go-to and Sam is one of the many reasons why. They do what they say and do it right.

Install team was very professional and timely. Made sure the system worked and no questions left unanswered. This is our second install and happy with the relationship for 10years. Definitely recommend.

Grady came for my semi annual checkup. He did a thorough job of checking my system and gave suggestions for improving our cooling services.

Grady came today to check on my heater. He discovered the wires in the unit had burned and tripped the breaker. He made the repair and all is well now!! Grady was very professional and friendly. We had a great visit when he was done & I was writing my check!!

I got the HVAC system in my rental home completely replaced a few months ago. the team came out and did an amazing job within a day of my old system blowing out during the hot summer so that swiftness was very much appreciated.
