On Sunday, I contacted this company to request a technician to inspect our home A/C unit, which was not cooling properly. I was informed that someone would arrive on Monday between 3:00 and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, no one showed up, and we did not receive any communication regarding a delay or cancellation. Very irresponsible and not reliable company.
