Hamid was a cordial person. He did a good job. However, he had to come back after he installed a new Sensor. A room was still not warming up. Thru trouble shooting, he discovered the wiring was installed improperly. Now we have HEAT!

Hamid...I would definitely recommend for AC& Heating service. Very honest,professional and listens to the customer. Very efficient and will go through step by step of what is affecting the system and resolving the issue. Cost is very moderate, but it was a hella of lot cheaper from the quotes I obtained and what my home warranty was responsible for and let me foot the remaining bill. NOT!. Amazing service. The family and I were panicking with littles starting to get hot in the late hours on a Sunday. Southern Comforts Donavan was at our doorsteps within an hour and we were cooled down in the next hour. Amazing service, clean, professional, good value. Their card is now on our refrigerator and they will be the only ones we call from now on!

Donnivin sent a text to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time, and quick diagnosed the problem. He was very friendly and had my a/c blowing cold in about 30 minutes. He explained to me what the problem was, and how he was going to fix it.

Our salesman Donnivin is exceptional! He walked us through the whole process. Explaining in great detail what our new system can do. We now have a more effecient and much colder system that we never experienced before.

Donnivin was amazing on our random Saturday call because our upstairs unit wasn’t cooling properly. I bought the annual service plan because I loved his thorough diagnostic explanation, use of technology, and business acumen. My unit is 10 years old now and lots to consider for replacement due to builder issues but we trust Donnivin and his team to handle it when we are ready. Fantastic.
