Met and had Grady respond to a furnace Winter check. Grateful for his professionalism, knowledge base and tips to keep things running smoothly. Appreciated his early morning visit. Hope to see him again as he was someone that represented company well and I can trust.
Thank you. -
My technicians name was Grady, he was clean, professional, and extremely informative. He was able to diagnose my heating issues quickly and efficiently and got us back up and running within an hour. He then checked and verified all of my components were working well in and out of the house. Call fresh air and ask for Grady.

Fresh Air was out today to preform Spring Service on my Carrier HVAC System. Technician was Grady Duvall. He performed all necessary maintenance in a professional manner and explained exactly what he did while servicing the system. Good technician working for a good company.

I have used Fresh Air as my HVAC company since before Covid. I have even used them to install a 4ton 2stage HVAC which works great several years later in the Texas Heat.
My review today is for Grady who I have had the pleasure a couple of times now. He is always friendly and helpful and a pleasure to work with. Additionally, Erin is a patient and helpful person that tries to get my issues addressed as quick as possible.
Thanks again Fresh Air team! -
I brought Fresh Air in and a few other AC companies in after buying a new home and finding some large issues. We had a lot of issues and I needed a company that would really spend them time analyzing the whole situation and be able to handle it. I also needed to trust that they were doing it correctly. The owner came out personally to help find the best solution and he stopped in when it was being installed. I spent a lot of time talking to them, going over the problems, figuring things out, and them answering a lot of questions. I chose Fresh Air because their approach would address all of the issues and problems. They were beyond helpful, honest, and hardworking. The entire crew was great.

We got the HVAC system replaced by Fresh Air last week for a reasonable price. Team of Sergio, David, and Josue did a wonderful job with the installation - highly professional, knowledgeable, and focused. Overall a great experience!!

The technician showed up on schedule and fixed everything fast. We're pleased with the job they did. Since it was a pipe connector swap, fingers crossed no more leaks pop up from this fix. Overall, we're satisfied with their work.

I hired McWilliams & Son to fix a clogged air conditioning line that was causing issues with my AC unit. They initially charged me $80, claiming it was an issue for Bellaire Air Conditioning to handle. But when Bellaire came out and said the problem required a plumber, I realized I'd been duped.
The McWilliams & Son plumber didn't know how to clear the clog and told me I needed an HVAC person instead of fixing it themselves. They even implied they had an in-house team that could handle it without charging extra - but they never followed through on that promise. I ended up calling another plumbing company, which charged me over $500.
I was furious and frustrated with the whole ordeal until I spoke with Colton, the McWilliams Plumbing Customer Service manager. He apologized sincerely and refunded my service fee. We had a lengthy conversation about their services, how much they should have charged for the job, and what it would take to make things right in the future. What impressed me most was that Colton took ownership of the situation and genuinely wanted to make it up to me.
I left feeling relieved and grateful for Colton's honesty and transparency. It's clear that he values his customers' trust, and I'm glad I gave them another chance. -
Dominic did a fantastic job fixing our problem quickly - just two hours! He's on my speed dial for future repairs. Thanks again, Dominic!

The staff member was very informed and extremely supportive in changing my air filters.

They delivered top-notch customer service, showing up same day despite the pandemic in March. The technicians were knowledgeable and respectful, with Mike being particularly impressive. His expertise was evident, especially since they're Lennox certified. I needed warranty work on a 2017 unit and left feeling confident in their abilities. They'd definitely do it again.

I had an old furnace malfunction due to a pressure switch error, so I called Air Express/McWilliams for emergency service. They showed up quickly, especially since a snowstorm was hitting Houston, which was a big plus.
However, the technician couldn't fix the issue and instead said it might be due to worn-out components like a loose wire or faulty electrical board. He gave me an estimate of over $2,000 for repairs, but also recommended replacing the whole furnace because of its age. Despite this, he left without fixing the problem and charged me an extra $80.
I ended up figuring out what was wrong online - a clogged condensate water trap - and fixed it myself. The furnace works again now. I'd advise others to be cautious when dealing with Air Express if they push for expensive repairs without getting to the bottom of the issue.
While their response time is good, I'm hesitant to use them again unless they improve their diagnostic process. They've since refunded my dispatch fee after talking to their manager, which is a step in the right direction. -
Had a plumber from McWilliams inspect my system today - the guy was fantastic! Extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and made time to let my energetic pup hang out with him. They're the go-to for any plumbing or HVAC work I'd recommend them without hesitation.

I recently hired McWilliams and Son Inc. to inspect my air conditioning system. They showed up quickly and did the job correctly, but the prices were shocking - way above what I'd anticipated.
The total bill came out to $434.43 for a service visit plus replacing a capacitor, which alone cost $354. In contrast, the replacement part usually goes for around $65. Despite their expertise, I advise potential customers to be aware of the premium rates and consider getting quotes from other companies before committing. -
Joseph did a great job - he's knowledgeable and got the main issue sorted. Thanks for sending him over. He did a solid job.

We experienced a breakdown of our AC unit at one of our locations after a power outage, with a new guest arriving the same evening. We needed swift assistance, so we reached out to McWilliams heating, cooling and plumbing. They accommodated us quickly and sent someone over.
The technician who arrived was extremely helpful and kept us informed about his estimated arrival time. He promptly addressed the issue and walked us through what he had checked and fixed. His professionalism, expertise, and customer service were outstanding. We're very pleased with this company and plan to continue using them. We'd also like to see the same level of service from the technician who came out – we found him particularly impressive. -
The service team responded quickly to my call about my broken HVAC, which was greatly appreciated. The dispatcher who took my details was courteous and provided clear information on the estimated timeframe for the visit. Before arriving, she called to confirm an expected arrival time with technician Joseph, who exceeded expectations in terms of professionalism. He showed great respect for my property, being patient and attentive throughout the repair process. Throughout the job, he kept me informed and offered helpful advice. What's more, he ensured the HVAC was functioning properly before leaving. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with their service and will definitely be calling them again. Unfortunately, they don't offer coolant replenishment for older units, but I'd still like to work with them in the future.

I had a water heater installed in 2017, which came with a ten year warranty that I paid $200 for. When McWilliams bought the company I originally purchased from, they abruptly stopped honoring this warranty, claiming it was incorrectly filled out and therefore not valid. However, when you buy a company, you're typically expected to take on its obligations, including warranties.
I recall purchasing the water heater for $1500, which included the $200 warranty. Now, McWilliams claims that even if they were willing to honor the warranty, I'd still be on the hook for $1900. Without it, they say a single installation would cost me $3200. It's clear that McWilliams is more interested in making a profit than standing by their promises.
As far as I'm concerned, McWilliams is a company with questionable ethics and no regard for customer loyalty. If you decide to use them, don't expect them to back up their claims. -
We got a great service from Jorge when he came to check our AC system - it was on the fritz and wasn't cooling at all. He arrived with a positive attitude, listened to what we had to say, and made us feel like our concerns mattered. This level of customer service is top-notch in my experience.
The replacement team, led by Roberto and Isaiah, were very professional and efficient. They answered all our questions and explained what they did. It was impressive how well they worked together as a team. I'll definitely be using this company again. -
The team was refreshingly upfront and diligent. They kept us in the loop on arrival times, discoveries, and the work required. Overall, it was a solid experience.

The inspector arrived promptly and identified the problem. They presented a viable solution and provided a quote for the fix on the spot. The tech did the assessment and offered to do the work while there. Although I wasn't ready to commit, they were well-informed and pleasant, without being pushy about selling anything.
