Cold Factor Heating & Air Services has been our go-to for our heat and AC units for the past few years. They have always provided outstanding service and have been honest and reliable. I have always felt their prices have been fair and we are committed customers! Jessica is always so helpful and friendly, too. We couldn't recommend them more!

Just before we moved from Texas, Cory popped over to take care of a couple minor issues the inspector thought needed addressing. Cory was quick, had several ideas on how to best meet our needs and was very reasonable. He had quite a working knowledge of the system and we were impressed! Figures, here we were moving out of state and finally found a great AC company! Highly recommend!

They have always done an amazing job for us. Floyd was our Tech this year, he showed up timely and was quick and efficient preparing my AIr Condition Units for the summer heat! I highly recommend them! Very happy with their professionalism and prices!

Great service the technician diagnosed the issue very quickly and explained the charges before fixing. My AC unit was in dire need of maintenance and after the repair was working correctly almost immediately. Learned a lot about AC units in the meantime, excellent service.

We needed an entire new system. They were so quick to come out and give a quote and very friendly and kind about talking with us as we explored many different options. When we finally decided on what would be best for our house they were out two days later and finished everything quickly within a day. Everyone was polite and worked quickly. It was during the quarantine which could have made things more difficult but they did everything they could to follow CDC guidelines and complete their work quickly. It was also a better price than we had expected! We’re very happy with our whole experience.

When our AC went down I called another company first. It’s was a sizable company and the employee was nice. But after a few hours on my working on my system they gave up and told me I needed a new unit. My unit was only 3 years old... I called Cold Factor for a “second opinion” and I was blown away by the service. I first spoke to Jessica on the phone and she was incredibly professional, and also helpful. Cory came to my home and wow does he know his stuff. He was able to undo and fix some of the work from the last technician as well as get the unit back up and running.

Cold Factor was fast, communicative, helpful, and skilled. I will never call another company for any HVAC needs.

They were able to schedule my service on the same day I called! Hugo arrived exactly at the appointed time, found the problem & had everything resolved within the hour. I will only let Cold Factor service my heat pump. Customer Service is exceptional. Cold Factor is the best.

We had an AC go out around 5 pm yesterday, and Aaron was at my house at 8 am this morning. He was so polite, fast, and explained my repair in a way I could understand. Jessica was so polite and friendly at the office. She was thorough and understood exactly what I needed! Then, she called an hour after Aaron left to be sure our AC was working and that Aaron had done a great job. So appreciate both of them and I happily signed up for 2x a year maintenance service to have them continue caring for our units. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Had another company come out earlier today only to leave 30 minutes later with still no AC!! I called Cold Factor at 5:45pm in a panic, and got Jessica on the phone. She told me to send her my address and before I could, she already called me back to tell me she had someone on the way. Justin was here by 6:30pm, and got straight to business! Within 30 minutes he had our AC back up and running! Both Jessica and Justin were so kind to my cranky, sweaty, sassy self. And on top of everything Jessica called me after to check and to see if we were okay! I cant say enough good things about the costumer service I received. Clearly they are very knowledgable and extremely dedicated to their customers! It's safe to say that I HIGHLY recommend using Cold Factor, go ahead and call them. Better yet- save their number!! You wont want to use anyone else.

Cory and his team did an amazing job with the installation of my new AC system. I'm very pleased with the new unit and it has been a little over a month and a half since installed and I can already see the weekly usage being better than my older system while at the same time keeping my house cooler.
They also added a return for each bedroom significantly improving the air quality in all our bedrooms. Our whole house now feels even with the temperature readings, gone are the hot spots with the front two bedrooms!

We manage over fifty HOA’s in the area so when the A/C stops working in one of the Clubhouses or Guardhouses we need a company that we can count on to get it working asap. Cold Factor is that company, Once we make the call to Jennifer we know we are in good hands, she responds to our service request promptly every time even after office hours. Great and professional service. Very organized and flexible in coordinating appointment to accommodate our schedule. Technician (Cory) keeps us posted for his arrival so that we don’t have to worry when the he will be on site. I have nothing negative can say about this company. Outstanding service! Amazing response time and communication, very honest, reliable and reasonable pricing. Cory and his crew installed a new ductless mini split system and did other repairs for the existing system for my rehab project. Cory gave great advices, explained what he did, answered all questions and coordinated with other contractors to get work done properly. Thanks Cory. Our AC wasn't keeping up with the heat and we had 2 bedrooms that were always warm in the summer and cold in the winter. Cory came out and checked to find our duct work needed some revamping and our unit was too small for our size house. He gave us a quote and by the next week a crew came out and installed a new furnace and air conditioner and changed some of our duct work and now we are cool as cucumbers. I’ve had a number of HVAC companies and have been majorly disappointed at every turn. None can even begin to hold a candle to this company. I consider it a blessing to have found them!

Jason came out to evaluate our HVAC system and look for a possible leak in our outside compressor unit. He was very knowledgeable and ran tests that other companies did not run, which I appreciated. He even sent me a hand-drawn diagram of our HVAC unit after we met that he had been thinking about!

Great experience with Hugo and Jason just now! They cleaned my system up and answered all my questions. Good guys with great sense of humor. Will definitely be coming back when I'm ready for some upgrades.

Cory is excellent to work with and provides outstanding customer service. If you have any issues within a year of your installing your new units, they come out free of charge. His techs were very professional and did a great job on the install. Also, when I got bids for replacing two HVAC units, Cory provided the best price. My old HVAC company was ripping me off and wanted twice the price of what I paid with Cold Factor. They send email and text reminders of appointments. You can't go wrong using this company.

We had 2 positive experiences with Cold Factor, one commercial and one residential. They came out to do an inspection and repair for our business and Aaron was prompt, courteous and reasonable. Then a couple of weeks later our air conditioner at home stopped working. and Aaron came out by 9:30 the next morning we were back up and running!!! We all know that in Texas in July this is pretty much unheard of, and again they fixed it for a very reasonable price. Jessica in the office was very easy to schedule appointment with and very easy to talk to.
I would recommend Cold Factor, and they will definitely be who I call if we need these services again, and I recommend you give them a call as well!!!

Jason was very helpful while we were in a serious bind with our A/C unit going out last weekend. The company responded immediately on a Saturday morning before the Texas heat was at its hottest and installed a battery-like device to ensure our motor starts/runs more efficiently. Jason recommended an Ecobee over our Honeywell thermostat to better monitor our system's efficiency/air quality so I tried to install it the following weekend. He was responsive to my questions and small troubleshooting to ensure we were up and running along with recommendations on how to best configure our setting after installation. Very pleased with Jason's helpful nature and responsiveness especially during these hot Texas summers when every minute counts.

Yes, I would recommend Cold Factor Heating and Air very highly. Cory and his crew have been servicing my A/C and Heating units for 3 years and have provided exceptional courtesy and service on every call. They have responded within 1-2 days each time I called and showed up exactly when they said they would. I especially appreciated that they called me on my cell 45 minutes ahead of their arrival time so that I could meet them at the house instead of having to take the whole day off work to wait for them to show.
When checking out my unit they were very thorough and often made suggestions on how I could better maintain the unit to improve its efficiency. I was also pleased when Cory pointed out that I had a leaky valve on one of my units and that it was the reason I had been having to replace Freon every spring. He put some thread sealer on the cap and tightened it down a little tighter and as a result, I have had to replace much less freon than I have had to in the past with my previous A/C service provider.
I also like that when they show up it's all about servicing my existing equipment. I have 2 older units that I know will require replacing sometime in the next couple of years and Cory has several times mentioned that when I am ready to do so, he will sit down with me to go over my options. That is much better than my previous service provider who tried to hard sell me on a new system every time they showed up. It' was as if I was having to convince THEM of my reason NOT to upgrade before they would service my old units. It was quite a refreshing change to have Cold Factor service my A/C-Heating units. The respect they have shown me and integrity with which they have worked makes me glad to recommend them to anybody who needs a good service company.
