We hired Frontline heating and air too clean our ducts on a recommendation. I came home they were hard at work. Richard and Michael were very polite and explained too me what was going on and how dirty my vents were. They did an amazing job and cleaning up would highly recommend having this dun.

I would like acknowledge Julio that came out today 02/20/26 to service my A/C unit that was experiencing electrical shortages. He was patient, diligent and made sure to explain to me each step that he was taking to resolve my problem. I would 100 % recommend your company and representatives to my friends and family for their home HVAC services.

My AC started blowing cold air and then hot, and the air felt extremely humid and uncomfortable. Jacob came out and immediately identified the issue — the fan in my unit was broken, which caused the system to overheat and shut down. He fixed it quickly and explained everything clearly. He was very polite, professional, and clearly experienced. I’m so thankful for how fast he resolved the problem!

Used for duct and vent cleaning, Jordan came out to confirm my suspension, then Santiago and Tino spent almost 6 hours thoroughly cleaning the ducts, being very respectful of our space and cleaned behind themselves once finished. Couldn't recommend a better company and staff. They went above and beyond. Thank you.

About Marden...He was on time he reallly understood the urgency of the matter. From friday we haven't had any heat. This weekend was ruff inside felt like outside with the temperature drop. But this morning Marden came in to fix our system. He was amazing he found the problem right away we had heat. Great guy Thank you very much. He didn't speak too much English but he had his phone translate everything and I was ok with that because it worked well.

Jacob was absolutely amazing. Told him what the issue was, he asked questions to determine where to start, showed me what the issue was and went into details when I asked questions. Fixed the repairs needed and informed me about the tests he ran to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction.

Hello. I wanted to leave a review for the awesome, amazing a/c worker Mr. Marden. He introduces himself.He was very friendly and kind.He respected my home and got straight to work. Even though he didn't speak very much english , he used his smartphone to translate to me and educate me what was going on with my a c unit. I really appreciate him doing that by helping me to see and understand what was going on. Of course, he got the job done, my master bedroom now is blowing out heat and also my master bedroom closet. Thank you, frontline for sending Mr. Marden.He did a awesome job.

Reached out for service first thing this morning at 7am as we did not have heat all weekend.
I was contacted by a representative almost immediately who said a technician would be out without the hour.

Our technician Jacob arrived quickly despite weather conditions, promptly inspected our heater, identified the problem, and fixed it.

What made our experience even better was the reasonable pricing for service, we only paid a standard service fee.

Our technician informed us that their company does not believe in charging customers extra just because of weather conditions.

This customer first mindset was refreshing.
We will absolutely be using them for all our HVAC needs moving forward.

Jacob came right on time and scheduled and quickly assessed our unit. He was very knowledgeable , polite, and professional. He changed out our fuse and the thermostat all within an hour and our home is heating and cooling better than before. Wonderful company!

Alejandro was awesome!!! The team set up an appointment for an 11:00-1:00 window. He contacted me ten minutes before he arrived at 10:55, before scheduled appointment. That never happens with most companies! He diagnosed the issue, communicated it and repaired it with no interruption to our day. I highly recommend Alejandro and his team.

The owners and the team that installed our new HVAC system are top of the line. We had the option of repairing an old system or purchase one. No pressure, just gave us the facts. We decided to purchase a new one since ours was really old. They were prompt and courteous when they came to install. The price was very reasonable. We had been quoted by another company previously. The other company told us there was no way that the unit could be repaired and the cost of a new unit was $3500 over the price that Frontline charged us. We also got our ducts cleaned for a great price also. Great job!

We have used Cold Factor since they replaced both of our original units around 7 years ago. They are super responsive and almost always are able to diagnose and fix our issue the same day. Last week when the high temps were 108+, our downstairs unit stopped working during the evening. We called first thing the next morning and they had a technician at our house before noon that day. The issue was diagnosed and repaired within an hour.
