Best service from an AC company I’ve ever had. Extremely knowledgeable and had our best interest at heart. Replaced my condenser unit and helped with attic insulation install. Very nice crew and very clean! Very happy customer here!

I had an amazing experience with Cold Factor from front to back end service. It started with me calling around to get quotes for a service repair that another HVAC company quoted me for an amount that I thought was too high. I initially spoke with Jessica and she went above and beyond to research and give me information to help me determine if I was being given a fair quote. She spent this time without me ever having been a customer and didn’t even pressure me to have them come out. I was so impressed I ended up calling them back to come do a diagnostic evaluation. Bobby was our technician and he was extremely thorough, transparent, and explained things in a way I could understand. He made it a point to make sure I was informed. He left that day telling me I didn’t have replace the part the other company said I needed, saving me $650! I highly recommend Cold Factor for their honesty, fair prices, and compassionate customer care.

Justin with Cold Factor came out to my house Thursday and was great! He was very professional, thoroughly checked everything, explained the issue in detail to me and got my AC up and running in no time! Great customer service! I would highly recommend! We bought 2 new units from Cold Factor. They also did duct work and insulation work for us. We got several quotes, and Cold Factor’s was the best. They were very helpful at explaining all of our options and helping us find the best solution for our house. Cory and his guys were great. They were on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The install was very smooth and they cleaned up everything very well. Cold Factor provided great customer service. The owner came out after the install to check on everything, fine tune etc. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the work. So I'll start with the ding for 5 to 4 rating. Quoted service trip charge $159 or 149 and at the end I paid 199. Some will believe, he's upset unhappy because of price. That would be untrue. We've lived in Texas for 30 plus years. Scales felt imbalanced (time didn't seem commensurate to premium) in my opinion. Now fun part. Arrived early, kept in good contact for appointment, and great explaining the issue (condenser needed cleaning because unit blowing hot air) at hand. I recommend Cold Factor.

Our system wasn’t cooling well. It’s an old system and I was concerned it was going to need replacing. Turns out Jason said it was just low on Freon. He could have said I needed to replace it but he was honest. That’s why we continue to use Cold Factor for the last 14 years.

Cory was amazing and so knowledgeable. He had me fixed and getting cold air quickly. I would recommend them to anyone needing AC service. Thank you all for a great experience.

Just had a hiccup in our hvac system and called Cory out for a repair. While Hugo was here making the necessary repairs I had some questions regarding our system and he (Hugo) took the time to explain the answers to my concerns about the system not being properly balanced. Not only did he explain plainly but he worked up an estimate to fix the issues that needed changing. I was pleased with the price, the quality of service and the overall kindness of Hugo, Cory and the team I talked to over the phone. Thank you. I will definitely call you again for my hvac needs and will be referring you to anyone who asks.

Good & detailed service. Only thing that I would feel like a 'maybe' is probably that they cover their price first and asked me how much I think it would cost. It makes sense; it's sales at the end of the day, but if I told them a higher price than they expected I'm pretty sure they will accept it and go with the higher price :)
But overall, they went up to my attic and let me know what the problem is, and suggested me with a reasonable price. Detailed explanation of what would happen if I didn't fix it helped too. They offer $50 off for the first time customer so if you are new make sure to collect it. Diagnose fee was $129 but I got it with only $79 which is reasonable.

We use Cold Factor to maintain our restaurant and also at my personal home. Jason, technician, has serviced both locations and is upfront and great at communicating what is going on. Thanks, Jason!

They responded with same day, punctual service. The HVAC technician listened to my AC history, diagnosed problem and laid out options for a 16 yo unit. I decided on a phased approach and did not feel pressured to replace unit immediately. I've used them for 10+ years and I have been satisfied with there service.

I had an extreme urgency over the weekend. I googled ac repair companies on Saturday morning and this was the first one that I called. Kyana was extremely courteous, empathetic and patient while I explained my dilemma. Jason is the tech that came out literally within a couple of hours from my call to check out my issue. While we both thought one thing, he discovered what was the real culprit. This man has a wonderful demeanor, willing to answer questions, educate you and just a wholesome individual. He was determined to fix my ac issue...I saw it on his face.
