We recently had issues with both of our furnaces. When contacted, we could always get a next day appointment (including on Christmas Eve). They are friendly & professional, and we appreciated them applying the cost we paid for repairs toward a new furnace once we realized that was the best solution.

Delivered promptly and resolved the matter efficiently.

Austin was very knowledgeable and assessed the pros and cons of a short term fix of a blower unit $1,500) when our HVAC unit was 12 years old and had some rust on the coils and used older coolant options. We opted to replace the entire unit with slightly larger size (3 ton vs 2.5 ton) to account for rising summer temperatures.

I have been using North Texas HVAC for close to 20 years. Bryan and his team are trustworthy and after every maintenance or repair I have been completely satisfied! I highly recommend their services.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. We ran into issues with our A/C units and we knew that it was about that time to replace them. We had gotten some quotes prior to reaching out to Brian at North Texas HVAC. Not only did he come by very quick, he also tried to see if he could repair our units instead of replacing them. Amazing and honest service. Unfortunately we had to get 2 new units as well as air handlers. The appointment for the replacement was set very fast, the workers came on time and were very friendly. They answered all the questions I had and finished the job in 1 day, while everybody else we spoke to told us it would take 2 days. After everything was done Brian stopped by to make sure everything was installed correctly and we were happy with everything. An amazing contractor and person to work with! Will definitely recommend to everyone I know!! Thank you North Texas HVAC, we love our new units. No worries about a hot summer over here ;)

Incredibly satisfied with the service and how quickly they were able to come out and get it fixed. The issue was clearly explained, the price was fair, and everything was fixed in no time.

These guys have been reliable & came out within a few hours. I think they know 102⁰ & no AC is miserable! $69 service call & can do a maintenance contract where they come service 2'x a year for $69 a trip.
They've done a great job getting us up & running again. Very thankful!

I had a great experience working with North Texas HVAC. I figured it would take a few days for them to be able to replace my system but they were able to do it the next day after I accepted the quote. They were fast, professional, and checked in a few days after the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied. I noticed a pipe dripping that hadn’t dripped previously and they came back and fixed it at no charge so they do truly stand by their work. I would highly recommend North Texas HVAC and will be using them for my servicing going forward!
