I don’t live in the area so using Varsity isn’t an option for me and that is my loss. I can, however, vouch for the character of owners of this business. I have known Sarah her entire life and I’ve known Justin since he was in college. They are both awesome. They have a wonderful Christian family and treat others like family. I would definitely trust them with my HVAC needs.

We had a great working experience with Justin, Kevin and the Varsity Zone HVAC team. We called Varsity Zone and scheduled an appointment to see if they could help us with replacing our 20 plus year HVAC system. The first and only pleasant experience I have ever had with an HVAC company. Extremely timely, very great communication. Prince, our technician, was professional, efficient, and kept us informed throughout the process. Our system was down for less than 3 hours total from the call to varsity to being repaired and running again and if you have ever had your AC go out in the middle of a Texas summer (and suffered for days trying to get it repaired with other companies) you know how incredible that is. Can’t say enough good things about our experience with varsity and Prince.

Prince arrived the same day we needed an Ac tech to check on why our house wasn't cooling .
He has a pleasant smile and is highly confident at his work. He knew I was curious when I asked him to explain our air conditioning problem. He was quick to put words easily for me to understand and fixed up the issue . In less than an hour , the house cooled down. I am very happy I approached Varsity Zone and Prince came to rescue. Communication was spot on! When I was scrolling across Facebook I messaged them and was promptly answered. My appt was scheduled within minutes. So easy!! I received an email confirming my appointment, and one when he was headed my way. I liked how they included his picture so I knew who to expect.
Kevin was on time, polite and respectful which I appreciated. He thoroughly inspected my system and shared his findings in a way I could understand. Since I needed a few repairs I had questions and when he left I felt very comfortable about the next steps and what we needed to do to take care of our home. It was easy to schedule the follow up appointment and they take several forms of payment which was helpful.
