Wow, I highly recommend Varsity Zone HVAC of Roanoke as they took care of my AC issues without any hassle or stress! It was such a quick turnaround time and had the capacitor fixed with the AC unit back up within 2 hours of calling. Prince, our service technician, showed up right on time, was very friendly and professional throughout the process, and thoroughly explained what issues were being addressed. Honest company with great owners. Will continue using them for all future AC needs, and looking forward to getting on their preventative maintenance plan!

William my Tech was super knowledgeable and troubleshoot my ac quickly. He arrived on time at 8:15 and my ac was blowing cold at 8:36. Replaced capacitor and reasonable cost. North Texas HVAC is my go to for my home as well as for my commercial properties. Unfortunately in the last few months we have had issues at both. With respect to my home they got me in on a Monday morning after a Sunday SOS call. Diagnosed the issue and had us up and running within an hour. For my business, we purchased a building with numerous end of life AC units (just a part of the deal) North Texas HVAC has helped us navigate and trouble shoot several of these units including replacing a couple. I love them bc they always shoot me straight and I never question wether they have our best interest in mind, they always do. I am and we are customers for life. Highly recommend!

*Update 10/24/25 - Austin stopped by today to do our annual furnace maintenance and, as usual, he did a thorough review and left me feeling like a well-educated homeowner afterwards. Austin’s been our guy for the last couple of years and he’s always so willing to answer any questions and make sure our HVAC unit/system is in tip-top shape. We contracted North Texas HVAC to install heating and air conditioning in our condo in Dallas. We could not be more pleased with the relationship and work they have done for us. Got a call from my renter at 10:40pm that the A/C was out. I left a message with North Texas HVAC and got a callback at 8am the next morning. They arrived by 10:00am and fixed it immediately. They are a great partner to have to keep my rental running and my renter happy.
