I used Clients First to renovate my front yard. Let me tell you, this was a premium experience. Jack Easby was prompt and provided overview and guidance from ideation to completion of the project. The pricing was more than fair and lined up with expectations. Jacks team, led by Project Foreman, Fuentes, was completed without issue. They communicated timelines, were prompt daily, and got this done quickly and to a high standard. I love my yard, and would absolutley recommend Jack and his team. If you are in the market to get some work done, whether its a full reno, or a small project, give Jack a call. You won't regret it.

Unfortunately, I doubt many clients get to work with their purchaser, Sandro Daez, but he is outstanding. If my experience with him is indicative of how the company operates, I recommend them.

Our association recently started using your service (July1) because you did landscaping and sprinkler. The other company used only did landscaping, not sprinkler. Before, they were very good and cut/cleanup was more than satisfactory.
Along came your company and I am very disappointed at this point we my experience(hopefully that will improve with time). Your crew does a poor job of cutting and does not clean up the same. Attached are some photos of your crews poor work and hopefully, with a site inspection, you will agree that this is not acceptable. Company came out to give me an estimate, Told them I when I had to have the quote by. They told me not a problem. The morning after I needed the quote by I noticed I still do not have it. I called and left a message and never got a phone call back. I call an hour before going into my meeting to discuss the landscaping and was then told that they could not give my a quote, that they were still working on it. Company said they could do it and did not hold up to their word! I work for a man who owns 11 rental properties and is in process of buying 20 more by the end of this year. This could have been a good size contract to get.

We had Wes and his team install artificial turf at one of our facilities playgrounds and they did an outstanding job and we love the product! Id recommend Wes’s team to everyone!

I contracted Mr. Graves for a commercial project. The plans developed were low quality. They were returned late. They were missing key information and when I tried to contact Mr. Graves about the work, he ignored all emails and phone calls. I had actually thought he had gone out of business because of how unresponsive he was. I only know he is still operational because of the email spam I am now receiving.

We used Graves Lawn and Landscaping when we built our home. We had them put in an irrigation system as well as grass and Landscaping. We have asked several times for a map oh the irrigation system and after three years still do not have one. We have a tree that died within the warrant period. I call Wes and he said he would replace it. That was months ago and it still has not been replaced. Now, he is not returning phone calls or texts. He might do good designs, but his lack of customer service will really hurt his business. I would not use them again.

I used Wesley Graves Designs to design a landscape for my front yard flower bed. It was perfect. The plants are beautiful and have withstood the horrible heat we have had to endure in the Dallas/Rockwall area. I noticed today that the pretty lantana plants are attracting a large number of butterflies, which are beautiful. I will use Wesley Graves Designs again. I highly recommend them for any and all landscaping needs.

I was dreading trying to find a trustworthy landscaper to overhaul the exterior of our rental home. I definitely lucked out finding Graves. Wesley, the owner, was very responsive and incredibly easy to deal with. They actually completed the work a couple days sooner than they originally quoted. These guys are fantastic. Solid 5 stars from me!

Wesley Graves' years of experience showed up in every aspect of my backyard landscaping project. He showed up the day after I called. He quickly understood my landscaping vision of lighting, need for decorative fencing and the type plants that would be beautiful year round. Within the week, his team had completed the job. The clean up afterwards was impeccable. Now, my backyard is gorgeous!

Wesley helped us come up with a needed solution for a drainage problem, especially during heavy rains. His design and his team were outstanding. They not only did the work well, but they're clean up and attention to detail were great. I'm already talking to Wesley about an outdoor kitchen design.

We live in a 40+ year old home and it was sad to see the outside overgrown. I needed help and a plan to bring it back. Westley was able to work with my ideas to come up with drawings and let us see what the end would be. He worked inside our budget and brought the home from average at best to the best looking yard on the block. Thanks Westley.

We had an absolutely horrible experience with Wesley on our project. I went with Wes based on Google reviews to contract a high end pool/backyard project. The design phase went well but when it came to start the project is when things began to unravel. Because our project was a large high $ project he told us he was going to finish up a number of other small projects before starting on ours so that he could focus on ours and give it his full attention. That could not have been further from the truth and after three months of initially waiting he finally started the project. He subcontracted out the pool work which initially moved pretty quickly, with excavation and gunnite being done quickly, but then everything came to a grinding halt. There were times when no one would show up on site for three weeks at a time and we were given excuse after excuse why it was not progressing. Wes took a large amount of money up front to be used to purchase materials and specific items for the project. I later came to find out that he had not ordered the materials at all (bedswing, turf, in-ground trampoline, stone, etc) and called the vendors that he said he had ordered the items/materials from directly and found that either he had not paid for the items at all or that he was already on credit hold for non-payment on other projects. I finally called the pool contractor directly after 6 months of zero progress post gunnite and found that all of the money I paid in progress payments to Wes for excavation, plumbing, and gunnite for the pool were not paid to the pool contractor. The pool contractor threatened to repossess all of the pool equipment and put a lien on my home. I then had to get an attorney involved to get Wes to pay the pool contractor and hire another contractor to finish the job. All together the project took over a year and a half to complete and was an incredibly stressful and frustrating process. Wes is not financially or professionally capable of taking on large projects and does not conduct his business in a professional manner. I would never recommend him for any project no matter the size. If you do decide to do business with him make sure everything is clearly established in a construction contract and that all payments are made only after you obtain a lien waiver signed by his sub contractors. Do not pay for anything up front! We tried to be as patient as possible with the personal issues (divorce) going on in his life but ultimately he never followed through with what he said he was going to do, and after so many lies and excuses we just had to move on.

Our back yard was very boring but Wes and his crew changed all that! He rendered a design that really spoke to our personality. I am happy to say that now our backyard has character and a place we will enjoy hanging with family and friends. Thanks Wes you delivered on your design and we could not be happier.

I reached out to Wes with some rough ideas and styles for my backyard, and within a few hours he had replied and was clearly excited about the direction. Soon, he had a digital concept back to me, and my wife and I were just blown away! We then went to check out one of his other jobs, and seeing the quality of his work we immediately signed on!

Moving along the project, Wes managed it like a brilliant tactician! The project moved quickly even when I kept throwing curve balls at him, adding extra projects, and asking lots of questions.

We ultimately came away with a project that truly changed our backyard drastically, and made it a resort-like experience for my family and I.

There's not one person that isn't absolutely stunned when they see our yard, and they all ask for details.

I wouldn't hesitate to engage Wes again for projects, and I hope others won't either.
