Ever since I’ve use Right Choice A/C Services they have been very courteous, friendly, and professional. If there’s a problem I can expect a response from them very quickly.Usually within 30m to 1 hr. I highly recommend them for your A/C needs. No I’m not being paid for this review just being honest.

Left a good review at first but job still isn’t finished . Duct cleaning has been on schedule for over a month, re scheduled 3 times due to their schedule not showing up. When they finally showed up it was at 3PM and they were planning on being there until 9pm. Re scheduled for the following week to accommodate a morning visit and they still didn’t show up until after 12. Now we are awaiting a final visit for dryer vent cleaning and they have re scheduled 3 times on that due to broken equipment. I would not recommend this business anymore.

Looking into getting a new system, and called right choice for a quote. They came out the next day, and Tre, was very helpful and explaining the new guidelines and how the installation would take place and gave me three different options. I might go with these guys they're really friendly and the extra buck, in my opinion is worth it for the service!

Justin did a fantastic job on the duct cleaning. Answered every question me and my old lady had. Very professional and thorough. Stephanie was amazingly helpful on getting me booked to get this done. Very prompt and fast. Definitely recommend the right choice for your HVAC needs.

My air conditioner stopped cooling entirely on Thursday July 25th. I called and this company was able to get someone out same day for an $89.99 assessment fee, that's typical so I get it lined up. The service technician arrived at my home between 7-8 PM. After a few minutes of checking the outside units and attic units I was told that one of my units had zero pressure. I'm told I have a failure in my system somewhere allowing all the coolant to escape. For an additional $500 and some change the technician tells me that he can track down my issue and I'm led to believe, resolve it. I bless off on this and he proceeds to take apart my attic unit and confirm my coil has failed. That's it, that is all that was done additional for over $500, he just confirmed what was likely already the case. The technician then proceeds to come down and tell me that in order to fix that it will be an additional $4,400 hundred dollars to replace only the coil. I knew this was a complete raquet when he quoted me for a 5 ton coil and I have a 3.5 ton unit. All in all the pricing to service provided is absolutely criminal. I told him we were done and I'd be getting some second opinions. Ultimately ended up working with an outstanding company out of Wylie who did a full replacement with an upgraded 4 ton unit for a little more than they quoted me for a new coil in an old system. I would never recommend this company for the predatory practices, and if you do call them make sure you validate with alternate inspections.

James arrived at my home promptly. He is a very personable man. James is definitely an asset to your company. He informed me of all the issues with my system. He showed me everything that he was doing. I really in enjoyed learning about my system. James replaced my capacitor with a turbo capacitor. My system runs so much quieter.
