Thanks to Tim and Jim, Choice Heating and Air. My upstairs unit had been on the decline for the last year or so. During the A/C check-up it was determined I needed a new coil(at least). Jim gave me two options to fix the problem. They came out yesterday and installed new coil and new condenser. First time in years when I set it at 74, it stays at 74. Thanks Choice Heating and Air.

I called before they were open because our drain pain was clogged and was leaking into our house. They called me as soon as they opened and were able to send a tech out only a hour later. Tony was on time, very professional and did a great job. Talked me through the whole process and how much everything was going to be. Even showed me how to keep it from happening again. Will 100% recommend them to everyone I know and will call them anytime we need them.

Not knowing in advance how old my unit was (it’s 18 years old...truth) he never once attempted to tell me I needed a new unit or needed extra repairs etc. He was great and professional. My AC stopped Sunday night so called Choice Mon morning at 8 am. J was there, as promised, at 10:30. They had to locate a replacement motor, go get it, return, & install it. Choice staff kept me up-to-date as the process unfolded, even when J was headed back my way. I had an operating AC by late afternoon. The final cost was reasonable & matched the original estimate. I’ve been a Choice customer for years because they do excellent work efficiently & honestly. The office staff & technicians are just first class. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for heating & AC work.
