Jim was great to work with! He and his company were recommended by neighbors and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the service he provided. He was able to resolve our issue and gave recommendations for other repairs needed in order of urgency to help us prioritize the repairs needed. It’s nice to know we have someone we can trust for future repairs and services needed. We highly recommend Choice AC!

Tim was our service tech. He explained everything and showed us the bad part that was being replaced. Very happy with the service and the price was reasonable. Will use them again for any of our AC repairs.

Jim Matthews and Tony are so knowledgeable and professional. They keep my AC and furnace well maintained which is peace of mind here in the crazy Texas weather. I had a concern about our AC and Jim sent Tony out to take a look. He fully inspected everything and gave us a thorough explanation. Everything was ok thankfully. I highly recommend Choice for maintaining AC/furnace and it’s also a very good price.

This is my second year using Choice since moving in and I will continue to use them. They are communicative, priced fairly, their techs are nice and knowledgeable, and they don’t pressure you to upsell you items.

Choice Heating and Air did a fantastic job servicing our units! When it was detected a part on our aged unit was about to go they were able to find a replacement part in a few days. Tony was able to come out and install it. Tony and Jim are always friendly and helpful. It is great to be able to venture into summer concern free for our a/c reliability.

I always get one of two technicians. Tim, the one who came today is always very courteous. Cannot say enough good things about him and Choice Air. Been a very good experience for me.

We have never had a bad experience with Choice Heating and AC. Between our house and my mother's, we have kept them very busy. Tim and Tony are two of the gentlemen we have had the pleasure of dealing with and they were both so patient and kind. They both took the time to explain everything in detail and made us feel confident that we were being taken very good care of. I cannot recommend them enough!

I’ve been using Choice Heating & Air for over 20 years. Every technician that has ever been to my home has been knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They are always honest, responsive, and reasonably priced. The office staff is great, too. Jeremy did a repair recently and was wonderful. After he finished the repair, he replaced 2 fluorescent bulbs in my kitchen. I had been in semi-darkness for 3 months. What a blessing he was! Thanks, Choice!

Choice Air conditioning came to my home after having problems with Strange odor for about a year and a half. No one could seem to find the problem choice came and repaired it The first time the unit has no bad odor anymore. I wish I had called them a year and a half ago. They did an awesome job.
