We called Neighborhood Heating & Air, and they were able to come out and diagnose our A/C issue within a couple of hours. David was professional and friendly. He actually replaced a motor on my unit, and because he did not have the "exact" match, he put an upgraded part in my unit for the same price!

David is extremely honest and did a great job. He showed up on time and repaired our A/C problem fast. We have used his services several times and we are very happy with him.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Explained needed repairs in an understandable way. Arrived on the dot and took care of the job in a no-nonsense fashion, going over and above what was required. Reasonable rates as well. Good feeling to know I found one of the "good ones". David has been my air/heat service guy for years. He replaced my upstairs coil just this morning. He is always on time, efficient and knowledgeable. He services my rental property in Garland as well. I wouldn't use anyone else and believe me, I'd tried a bunch in years past! He knows his stuff!!

Referred by my previous A/C company, which is now only doing commercial work. Scheduled service for next day. David arrived on schedule and was very friendly and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with A/C. Also informed me of what work may be required in the future, but didn't try to upsell me. Great service, fair prices, and quality work. If you're looking for a local, honest, family owned business, Neighborhood is the company for you. I'll always use them from now on !

David came to check our AC units for us. We thought they needed to be flushed out. He was very thorough and kind. He explained everything he did. We appreciate his knowledge and honesty! Highly recommend!!!

Nita was great on the phone when I called late with a heating issue and David was very quick to figure out the problem when he looked at the furnace so we had some fun talking about hunting for a little bit before he left! We are so happy we called Neighborhood Heating and Air Conditioning! We woke up to a very hot house on Sunday and thought we were going to have to endure the heat until Monday...but we were able to get a technician out on Sunday to repair our AC quickly! My AC went out in Aug? I'm sure David was very busy, but he made time to come to Mesquite TX and fix my unit! He replaced a fan and gave the AC a tune up and we were back to a cool house in no time! Great service, Great Prices, and hard working folks! If ya need AC or Heat work done, call David, he is great!

I've been using them for years and will never change. David does our summer and winter checkups before we change over for the season.

We had a 30 yr old unit in attic that was on borrowed time and the outside unit on its last leg. Called Neighborhood Heating & Air Conditioning and David( owner) came out within an hour to give me an estimate on new unit. I got estimates from others but decided to go with David. The day I called to let him know we was going with him our fan on unit outside went out and he came within 30 min. and fixed it in 15 min. He was there on time with new unit and installed it same day and was there to make sure all work was done correctly he is very particular and makes sure its done right. He has a good crew. Would definitely recommend him. Thanks David!!!

Started using Neighborhood in 2007 and have not used any other company since. Can’t tell you how many times Dave has saved the day for our family over the years. Night or day he’s taken my calls. He’s even gone out of his way to walk me thru fixing an issue just to get us by until he could make it out to the house. Many of our neighbors now use Dave through my referral. We highly recommend Neighborhood Heat and Air!

The absolute best service we’ve had from any industry. David came out the same day twice (once for our a/c and once for our heater). David is a great guy, fixed our issues incredibly fast, and was super reasonable with his rate. We will only use Neighborhood Heating and Air.

Over a year ago, we had David out to replace our furnace. He came out the same day we called to give a quote, his price was fair, he wasn't into up-selling, and he was straight forward about what would work best for us. He and his guys were out the next day to do the work, they were efficient and great to work with.

When our outside unit stopped working today I immediately called him back up, he was out within two hours and immediately went to fixing the problem.

I can't say enough great things, we appreciate David and the work he does. When friends are looking for an AC/heating repairman we are always quick to recommend him.

David showed up and quickly repaired the problem with my compressor. At that time, David also gave me an estimate for a system replacement. Both the repair cost and the estimate were very reasonable. For me, David epitomizes customer service and integrity.

I can't recommend Neighborhood Heating & AC enough! David is honest and reasonable. Other companies around town gave me some ridiculous quotes for a new AC system that they had already "repaired" multiple times. I will never go back to those guys... Call David and you will get an honest and reasonable price with top notch customer service!

David was great! We'd been told one of our outdoor units was dead and quoted $1800.00 to replace the compressor with a used replacement... David got it running like it was no problem at all. Did an overall check and now we are cool without paying thousands.
Nita is also so great to work with and we'll never use another company as long as these guys are available.

This is a family-run(David and Nita) business that I have used twice, once for heating and recently for AC, both times service was prompt and efficient. Recently our AC went out and I called and Nita told me that David had just finished a job and would arrive at my home at 10:04am. I looked out my window at 10:04am just as David pulled up-talk about prompt! He analyzed the problem and was able to fix it quickly much to my family’s delight considering the heat index was 109 degrees at Love Field. The price was very reasonable and service was first-rate. I highly encourage anyone needing heating and ac services to contact Neighborhood Services Heating and Air.
