Been using Neighborhood Heating and Air conditioning for many years now. David has alway been friendly, professional and honest. And he has always gone above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and as quickly as possible. Very satisfied with every interaction over the years.

We needed to replace our prehistoric ac unit and David and his team came right out and did a top notch, super clean install. It’s refreshing dealing with a professional that takes pride in his work. David and Nita are awesome!

Had my first maintenance service today with Apple A/C. John was extremely professional and courteous! The weather was a little chilly today so John gave me a decent heads up that we should postpone the appointment until til the weather warmed a bit in order to obtain the proper readings. Even though my system is functioning properly, I appreciate being informed on the specific readings and ranges my system is performing at. John even explained how the system works as well as took pictures of various parts and sent them to me.

The owner of Apple AC is right on top of his business. I got three bids on my new system AC/Heating and he was very competitive on his bid. I had a few questions and he was right there to respond right away! Since I had the system installed I had one small problem with drainage and they responded immediately! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new system!

My A/C went out yesterday as we headed into record 100° territory today. I called early this morning, and the owner answered and said he had a technician headed my way. I have to say, the technician, Jeffery, was easily the most professional and kind service person I’ve had in my home! He assessed my indoor and outdoor equipment, told me in plain language what was broken, and explained my options. My ancient unit got patched up, and my home was cool again before the morning was over! It’s time for a new unit, and Apple A/C will be installing that for me as well. This company has excellent communication. I hope you’ll use them for your A/C troubles and get the same good vibes I did!

John came out on a Sunday (same day I called) and checked our AC that wasn’t cooling. It was low on refrigerant and he didn’t have any R-22 (old style) on his truck. He called and confirmed that another employee of his had some in his van and sent Erick over the same afternoon. Erick and John were both friendly and transparent with resolving my issue and didn’t try to upsell me on anything extra that I didn’t need. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy HVAC company and I will definitely be calling them when it’s time to upgrade our system.
