Jeff and his crew installed two new HVACs and two ACs to replace old units in my home. Jeff was trustworthy and not pushy right from the start. The team was knowledgeable and worked quickly during the install. The price was very reasonable and my electric bill is down! I would definitely work with them again.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but damn—this deserves one. I called John Luera from Apple A/C and Heat Services at 5:33 PM, and by 6:30, my A/C was blowing cold. He showed up after hours, went above and beyond, and was honest, prompt, and genuinely empathetic. I spent more at Kroger today than what it cost to fix my A/C. From here on out, they’ve got my business. Thank you!

I called Apple AC on a Sunday morning and got a live person immediately!
I told them my issue and said I’d receive a text shortly. Within minutes I had the name of the technician and ETA.
John Luera from Apple A/C and Heat Services arrived less than 30 minutes later. John quickly assessed the issue.
It was a quick and easy fix (blocked drain line).
John was thorough and honest. He could have told me my “fluxcapacitor ” was out and I would have had to trust him. Ha! He didn’t try to upsell me or talk me into an unnecessary part! It’s hard to find companies with integrity like Apple AC!
I will be calling them every time I have a heating or cooling problem!

John and his crew did fantastic work in my home in Rockwall for both gas pipe extending and vent hood installation. They had reasonable prices and responded to my questions and concerns fast. We needed to do a slight change to our install after the fact and they also got that squared away immediately. Everything happened over messaging, and we were never pressured to a make decision at any point, which is common in this industry.
I highly recommend them, I felt like I got quality work for a good price.

Just had my A/C coil replaced. Apple A/C was professional and full of info throughout the process. I had another company come out last Saturday and they failed to identify the problem. Despite being here for several hours Apple’s team came on Monday, inspected the system and found the leak the repair was done today (two day turn around). They also identified my warranty information to lower my cost even though the serial number sticker had been partially torn off by someone. All I can say is that I would recommend this company anytime. They’ll get all my business moving forward. Honest, dependable, and hard working.

They helped me a lot because they were going to charge me a lot of money for the same services provided. Another company was going to charge me 2,900. With this company I only paid 850 dollars. They showed me how to get a warranty and how to get the parts for free. Then they completed the job to get my a/c working correctly. A third company lied to me and told me that they don’t make the parts anymore so I needed to pay 10k for a new air conditioning.

I found this company on yelp In the middle of our winter storm They were the first company to say they could come today. John showed up 2 1/2 hours later, And fixed my heat. My house was 58° before he got here. I will use this company again! I told him not all heroes were capes!
He didn’t even charge me after hours prices.
