This is a great company. The people are courteous and on time. They checked out my system and explained everything to me in terms that I understood. They fixed the problem and had my system back up in no time. The prices are fair and they do quality work. I highly recommend them for any heating or air conditioning issues you might have.

One of my AC units was not working... turn it on, and could hear a click outside but no fan action. Called Neighborhood Heating & Air at 9:50AM the next morning... and David was here by 11AM. Turned out it was something so simple. An over look on the breaker for a possible power surge. Gave me info on what to look for when temps get hotter, as there may still be an issue... but for today everything looked ok and is back working. He did not charge me for coming out since it was a simple breaker issue today. However, I will be calling them and using them in the future for my AC main. Thank you so much for your help!

I had a 20+ year old HVAC system that was still running, but on borrowed time. I spent over a year doing research, looking at all the latest technology, and had a half dozen companies come out and provide bids. Most of them want to sell you the highest SEER equipment (highest cost also) and zoning. One of the biggest outfits (they run radio ads all the time) proposed a high-end system that I discovered was discontinued (overstock I guess). Through the process I had started to develop some ideas for a new system that were a little different. I called David to come out and I ran my ideas by him. He agreed that it all made sense. We proceeded with the project. David knows how to combine the right components for maximum efficiency at minimum expense. He has high expectations of workmanship during installation. Anything done by his crew that is not up to his standards is re-done until it passes - but don't worry - his guys are good. After 10 months of operation, I could not be more pleased. My home is 2500 sq. ft. The system replaced was old, but it was the highest efficiency available when new. My average electric bill (all total) is down 41% compared to same 10 months prior year. Highest 2014 summer bill (August) was $159.41. Prior 3 years the high summer bill was $240-260. We are keeping the temps FAR more comfortable than ever before. Call Neighborhood - I'm sure you will be glad you did.

David helped us get a new, better system for a fair price. Our previous problems have been fixed, and I have a lot less stress about whether things are working right.

Installation was fast, friendly, and professional.

Our AC went out on a 100 degree day (of course) and we had a 4 mo old baby in the house at the time so we needed to get someone out there right away. I called Neighborhood Heating & Air around 4pm and he was there by 4:30. He found the issue quickly (just a faulty wire), fixed it and only charged the service fee of $75. Awesome company, would definitely recommend!

I called them because I noticed one of my A/C units was not blowing cold at 11am. The phone was answered immediately, and I was told it was no problem to have someone come out in the afternoon. I was called back and given 30 minutes notice, and by 2:30pm, my issue was fixed by David (the owner). He was professional and courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. I will have him back in a month or two to give my heater a maintenance check-up.
