I have been a customer of One Hour Air - Rockwall for over10 years. They have done maintenance and repair on an old unit, installed a new unit, and now maintenance again on my current unit over the years. I have been completely satisfied with all of the work done, and almost more importantly, have appreciated Conner’s, the technician, expertise and courtesy. Today’s call was due to a short in my unit and the compressor was not working. I called in the late afternoon and they were out the next day. I highly recommend this company.

Our outside air conditioning unit had stopped working during the 107° with heat index of around 112°. Call in the morning and the repairmen was there that afternoon. Our unit was replaced the next morning. Super professional, courteous, and one of the most nicest repair people I have ever had. I have already recommended them to my brother and a good friend of mine. Because a good air conditioning and heating repair company is hard to find. This one is a gem.

Unfortunately i am having to update my review. First experience was pretty good, they solicited a review so I obliged, but since then pretty disappointed. First went to them for service because we were having an issue. They talked me into the annual service contract stating while they were out here they thoroughly inspect our system and address our concern. Being as it was a new house thought it would be a good idea since we didn't know if the builders didn't do a great job since we were already having an issue. After the first service (where they used our filters even though they were supposed to be included) I had to remind them of the original issue I hired them to look at at outside of there basic maintenance. I was told.the problem was found and fixed. It wasn't. When they came out again I let them know the issue was still happening and that I noticed that our tray under the ac was smashed and not sitting correctly they said they would handle it. Was charged hundreds of dollars to fix and being it was November didn't realize it still wasn't fixed until spring and the tray was still smashed. Called to speak to a manager was told one would be notified and call me next day and still have not heard from one. Unfortunately seems they are more worried about selling you a maintenance package and upselling you on unnecessary things then they are on helping you fix concerns. I regrettfully can no longer recommend.
Had a great experience with one hour heating and air. Juan came over did our service, suggested some other things. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a very good job and was not high pressure. We will definitley be using them again. Plus price for service was great.

Conner D is very professional, quick and precise in doing his job. Called for service at 230 pm, appointment at 5 but came 15 min earlier. He left for about 30
Min to pick up the replacement part and by 630pm my AC is back and running.
Really satisfied with the service. Highly recommend.

Very responsive and knowledgeable. Connor was very friendly and prompt. He came in and put on protective coverings on his shoes to keep floors clean. He went into attic and did his inspection and back down and then went and checked unit outside. They replaced my coils several yrs ago and did sn excellent job. I have used them for several years and will continue to use them in the future.I have always felt I was being treated fairly.

Great service and fast response time. The technicians are knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I have been a customer for the past 3 years I have had them come out twice a year for preventative check-ups and have always had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend the company!

After being completely let down my the company we used for 3 years, we called One Hour Air. Chris came out during the window of time that we were told. Chris was beyond friendly and even interacted with my 3 year old and was super friendly with our skiddish dog.He gave us information and went above and beyond. We decided right then to switch to them for our annual maintenance. No question about it. We already recommended them to our family. Thank you Chris!!!

THIRD SERVICE: Today I had to call One Hour Air Conditioning for the 3rd time this year. This time lightning struck so close to the house that it destroyed a part in our outside unit and fried our Nest thermostat. The dispatcher (I can't remember her name at the moment) was wonderful as always. She always talks to me like I'm a long time friend and truly cares. She had someone out there at a time that worked around an already planned dental emergency. He came out and was professional and friendly and once again was great with my skittish dog. He found the issues and talked me all the way through it and never once acted like because I was a woman I wouldn't understand. That has happened with other businesses in the past. They ask me if i want to call my husband so they can explain it to him. Not cool. Not this place though!. He was wonderful! Thank you again for saving the day!!!

Most recent experience:
Mold was found in our unit and the blower motor was in desperate need of being cleaned. They gave us a few options and talked to me in detail about each one. I saved up the funds and decided to go all out and do the UV light system to get the cleanest air for our family. They guys came out same week and were beyond polite, willing to answer all my questions, and didn’t leave any type of mess even after all the dust they were cleaning out of all the vents.

I had a 4ton system installed a couple of years ago by One Hour in Rockwall and they have been out several times to perform the regular checkup. They are always knowledgeable and professional and their prices are reasonable. Before I had the system installed, I shopped around and their price was the best.

I hired these guys to come to our business. That was over three months ago and I still do not have a receipt to reconcile the charges. The tech couldn’t provide a receipt and his boss was going to send it over. They’ve stopped answering my calls they’ve never answered an email, they charged my card but I don’t have an invoice for the work done.
Will tell everyone I get the chance to avoid one hour heat and air in Rockwall.

We would like to give a shout to One Hour of Rockwall and more so to Chris S. One hour accommodated our needs both visits on the same day. Chris has visited us twice this week and has been thorough in his work, taking the time to walk us through the issues and repair. He is very knowledgeable in his profession. Chris provided outstanding customer service, above and beyond compared to other technicians from other companies. We would highly recommend Chris and One Hour!

We contacted 6 HVAC companies after receiving an extremely high quote from an area competitor the day before. I circled back to One Hour- because of Hannah. The excellent customer service was consistent from that initial call (Hannah) to follow calls and to the Technician (Josh B.). The team was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and thorough. Yesterday we received a diagnosis and repair estimate of $2500- $4500, with parts having to be ordered, and being without air for 5 days. Today, "One Hour Heating & Air" diagnosed and repaired the root cause issue for $450. Extremely appreciative of Josh. We called One Hour Air originally because they were listed as the warranty contact for our air conditioner unit. I was able to speak to a real person within seconds of calling, even in July! They had an appointment window booked within a few hours, found our warranty information, and provided text updates throughout the process. The technician was friendly, fast and got the job done. We also signed up for 6-month tuneups because 1. They’re reasonably priced 2. The tech was not pushy at all in his pitch 3. We so appreciated the level of service. Thank you, One Hour Air.

Josh was wonderful! He went over the issues that he discovered with our unit in detail. He serviced the units inside and out. He went above and beyond to mount the remote holders onto the wall. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for professional, competent and experienced technicians.

Connor is outstanding and had us back up and running after troubleshooting in no time. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and explained the “why” very well.

Great service from start to finish. Chris and Christian came to my house and did an outstanding job. They did exactly what they said they would, and then some. I am impressed by their haste to fix my AC compressor on a weekend. I will be calling them going forward for any and all HVAC issues at my house.

We’ve had this HVAC system in a new house for three years and we were having problems cooling our master bedroom ( actually it stopped cooling). We called 1 hour and they were out Johnny-on-spot and on-time( actually a little early). Conner handled the repair with aplomb. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, and obviously enjoys what he does. It was a pleasure working with him for his advice and maintenance tips. They have earned my future business. Exceptional service. Very highly recommended without hesitation!

I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Scheduling was super easy and accommodating when I had to change appt window same day. The technician was timely, professional, and courteous. He was able to find the issue quickly. Will def use again and or tell my friends. Thank u!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Continue to have issues with our air units that we had replaced by them and they have continued to not work. They did not show up to the last appointment. We have called over and over again. Will not return calls and voicemail is full. Also went by their shop and it's closed. Do not use!

Connor with was awesome! He came and identified the problem with our A/C unit and quickly took care of the issue. He was on time, communicative, very friendly and professional.

We called One Hour for a second opinion on why there was ice forming on our unit. They were there same day and provided a much more thorough diagnostic and found oil on the coils which the other company missed. That confirmed the first opinion wasn’t correct and would’ve cost me $$$. Pricing and options were presented in a clear manner, no hidden fees or sales tactics. Josh answered all my questions and was incredibly patient. They’re going to get all the parts ordered and I’m confident the install will go smoothly.

Everything from my experience with the office to Conners explanation of my repair choices was amazing! I had used them at my old house and this was my first call to them since moving. He was even able to solve the mystery of why one of my bathroom sinks was making a knocking noise! I am an owner of a service company myself and I highly recommend you use this company!
