Reuben arrived promptly, put on shoe covers to keep our floor clean, and checked both my hvac systems for potential problems and recommended replacing a capacitor that was out of tolerance to prevent the a/c motor prematurely failing. He was friendly and efficient, and is a reason I will keep using Firehouse Heating and Air.

The company was prompt, efficient and helpful. Fardeen the tech was very pleasant and explained everything as he went along.

Fareed came today and was very courteous and prompt at figuring out what was wrong with the heater and air-conditioner in my house. He was very professional about what might need to be done and came up with suggestions that would be follow up with another colleague in the company next week. Overall I am confident with his work.

Who would ever think that you would have to call an AC company in December to come and fix the AC because it’s hot outside in December??!!! Well that was the case and Jordan is a Godsend! He was prompt and explained everything that was going on. He was able to make the repair that was needed! If you’re looking for a great company with great people, give Firehouse Heating a call and request Jordan!!!

We needed numerous repairs and add-ons to our HVAC systems. Firehouse technicians were at all times polite, personable, and dedicated to the work that needed to be done. Their highest concern was that all work was completed to our satisfaction. We’d welcome any of the six or more of them into our home again. A special thanks to Brandy who was at all times polite and professional on the phone as she juggled everything associated with scheduling and communication.

I want to give a huge shoutout for Dusty and his team at Firehouse. I recently had them complete a job for me at my house, but there was an electrical issue that I had overlooked. My fault completely, but while that was being fixed, Dusty communicated with me every day, staying in the loop, ensuring that he was doing all he could to help. These guys were communicative, showed up when they said they would, and did impressive work, in a timely fashion. Pricing? Glad you asked. They were totally transparent and more than fair in their pricing for the job. Firehouse Heating & Air was incredible to work with from start to finish. After dealing with ongoing heat pump issues, their team quickly identified that both the compressor and reversing valve had failed due to an undersized return air vent. Turns out, this was an installation issue from the original company.

They took the time to clearly explain what went wrong, why it happened, and exactly how they were going to fix it. I never felt rushed or talked down to, and I genuinely felt comfortable knowing the system was in capable hands. The repairs were handled quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.

Very impressed with the professionalism of everyone I’ve interacted with at One Hour Air. Kelly came out to our home to give us an estimate & it was wonderful working with him. I felt heard when explaining our needs & he answered every question very thoroughly. The services were provided within a matter of days & the technicians were professional & friendly. We were forced to schedule after hours for an emergency repair due to our unit suddenly stopping. They came out same day, and fixed the issue quickly. The techs were friendly, informative and professional. The reps that scheduled the service were also very personable, polite, and empathetic. 10/10.

I cannot get hold of this location. Each time I call, I receive the Ft. Worth office who are apparently taking their calls. That office set up an appointment for today and no one ever showed up. I am unable to get in touch with the Rockwell office to figure this out. I have made for the comfort Club Maintenance program and now I can't get anyone to fulfill that. I just wish they would answer their phones and give some sort of customer service.

Josh B was the technician who helped resolve the issue with our A/C. It was an emergency call in the evening. Though we probably interrupted his Sunday evening plans, Josh was professional and courteous. He quickly identified the problem and resolved it. Josh is a good representation of this company and I highly recommend them.

I was told I needed a blower motor for the attic unit, it was not under warranty, and would cost around 3k. I called a different company out the next day. They agreed with the assessment but the part was covered under warranty. If it had not been the cost would have been less 1/2 of this price. As it stands I saved $2600.

Update (November): I had to remove 2.5 pounds of refrigerant due to being overfilled by One Hour technician causing the heat pump not to work properly. Another service call and loss of what I was charged for coolant.
