Through our home warranty company we have had to use Element 3-4 times and all have been a great experience. They’re timely and professional.

Needed a new AC and they were able to install it within 48 hours. Great team that spent extra time and effort to ensure the unit was working as expected. Finally feels great upstairs and cools quickly.

Horrible service. Called home warranty that one bedroom is not cooling enough. Element Mechanical came and didn't fix the problem. Instead they asked us to pay $60 service fee and $2995 to buy a new coil. Never work with them again.

They did our annual maintenance and check-ups for both our units. They were punctual and professional as usual. The two techs were efficient and worked quickly to get the check-ups completed. They cleared a small clog in a drain, but otherwise everything was working as it should.

Horrible experience! Our AC units went out and our home warranty company required us to go with these guys. The unit was installed in February and they told us they would have to come back out to top off the freon when it warmed up outside. Never heard from them so we called back in May. The technician said that he personally took care of the freon level.

Fast froward two years. We are selling our house and the buyers requested that the AC be serviced. Due to a poor customer service experience when dealing with Element Mechanical in the past we went with a different AC company. The AC company that serviced our units found that there were code violations on the Element Mechanical system and that the freon level was 1.5 pounds low!!! This caused our AC unit to not only work poorly it also resulting in extremely high electric bills and additional money to fix their system correctly!!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

Terrible experience. I purchased a new AC unit from them, and after a couple of years the unit wasn't working. The technician came out and said I had leaks in the system. He said he fixed them, but we could never get any cool air in the house. After several times, of different technicians coming out, finally one came and said I had a leak in my wall. They wanted to charge me $4,000.00 to tear up my wall and fix the leak. My system was new and under warranty. I had a feeling they weren't being honest. I called another company, and there was not a leak in my wall it was in the outside unit. Very incompetent, or maybe they thought after I had spent a week without any AC I would cave in and recklessly trust what they were saying. They never stood behind their warranty. Their technician was very rude and demanding. The owner of Element Mechanical would never return any of my calls throughout the entire ordeal. Dishonest, and no honor. Be careful spending money with this company.

If locally looking in the Rockwall, TX area for a great HVAC company that is full service and top quality, this is the one. I never really leave reviews, but I wanted to send a quick review because of the incredibly positive experience. My AC was acting up and the technician came to my home and got it fixed quickly and did a Spring maintenance prevention check up. The Element Mechanical team were quick, neat, and polite. I will continue to use for years to come!

My home warranty required me to use them. Ruben came by today to look at our AC very professional/polite treated us great. Wore a face mask. Did not charge me for parts I did not need. Very knowledgeable of AC units. I would recommend them to anyone.
