Came home from vacay to A/C issues..Welcome back to Texas! Called Element Mechanical and they sent someone out same day! Ryan did his inspection and let me know what was wrong and pricing. He even helped with my warranty claim. Problem resolved quickly and as promised. Will def keep Element and Ryan for my HVAC needs in the future..Def recommend!

Furnace would not come on each time so called Element Mechanical (EM). Had used them a few years back when had Home Warranty in place and was very impressed then. So, called them and within a few hours they showed up at the door. EM kept me informed along the way on timing of all this. Ruben was very friendly, had his mask on, and was very professional and efficient on the use of his repair time. He quickly zeroed in on the problem and fixed the problem--no parts. He encouraged me to get on a maintenance schedule for furnace and A/C which I definitely plan on doing. This call would have been prevented (sensor that tells unit the flame is on was corroded) by a regularly maintenance check.
The cost was very reasonable and I highly recommend Element Mechanical! I hope I get Ruben next time!

Ryan and his assistant came today as scheduled for annual air conditioning system check up for warranty coverage considerations and general upkeep.
Ryan spotted a loose smaller duct from the main distribution system, apparently knocked off by a cable provider technician working up in the attic earlier this year (it was not that way when Ryan was here to do the same kind of service on the heating system last Fall), potentially saving us a lot of cooling and $$ this season without their support today.

Tim was sent out to look at our unit because we had another company out 4 times and things were left out of our unit, wires out and other issues. Tim was very good and even though the fan kept going out he realized the one installed recently was not right. He put the equipment back together, put the wires back, did the drain clog properly since he said it wasn’t done correctly and looked at everything. I really appreciated he gave us his cell number and wanted to make sure everything was running properly. The office staff was very nice as well. They got us in quickly because of a cancellation and came out today to correct some things with the system since the actual system brand fan needed to be installed. Thank you for your help the past two days. We have people with serious medical issues and a non working AC in July/Aug is super tough. We appreciate your help.

This is BY FAR the best HVAC we have ever worked with. They continue to go above and beyond anytime we have needed their services. The technicians who come have always been very professional and were great with explaining the issues and how to properly maintain our system. Ryan, the owner, takes pride in their work and is involved from start to finish. Maria and Lorraine, the office ladies who I speak to in the office, are SO kind and so helpful when getting us scheduled. This last visit it was finally time to replace the AC units that were 16 years old. They offered competitive pricing, were quick to get the equipment needed and replaced, cleaned up everything after doing the install- including vacuuming. I have been using Element Mechanical for over nine years. They are professional, trust worthy and provide excellent service. We just had Element Mechanical "Ryan" assist us with a AC issue. It was 99 degrees out and out AC went out. He responded and got it taken care of. I cant speak highly enough of his service. Today it is more the exception than the rule to get such outstanding service. I would recommend Ryan and Element mechanical without a hesitation.

If I could give them more than five stars I would! Ryan and his crew have saved us a tremendous amount of money throughout the years. When other companies were insisting that we need to replace our HVAC units Ryan and his crew were able to buy us a couple years with inexpensive repairs and gave us enough time to be able to save up and eventually replace our HVAC units at a very reasonable cost. We shopped other companies even though we were very satisfied with Element and Element Mechanical came in at the best value, once again! Highly recommend Ryan and Element Mechanical!

Update: We are still VERY PLEASED with the service! This week we turned the heat on and no heat to the down stairs unit. So I called about noon, they sent someone out by 3 or 4. Determined they needed a part, parts store closed, they came back the next day 8:30am with the part and then determined that it was a flue vent issue. Came back the next day with a crew, got on the roof found the vent the roofers had sat on, or put a tool bag on that bent it all to heck, fixed that and stayed till they made sure the heat was working. Great service guys!!
(Oh and our AC bills went down significantly over the summer - worst one was about $320 vs over $600-700 last summer with old units).

We are VERY PLEASED with the service provided by Element Mechanical! Their communication was great. When they arrived on installation day, they covered the floors first, then got to it. They replaced both of our old HVAC units, redid some duct work, added an air return in about 6 hours. Left everything clean and neat. Registered the equipment for the 10 yr warranty. We are happy to have consistent, COLD air from much quieter units. :)

Awesome experience. On time arrival, checked my AC system and found a very minor issue, diagnosed and repaired in same visit.

What stands out is the high level of honesty and ethical business practices by the company. Most companies want to charge you as much as possible for everything. Element Mechanical is different.
