It was a pleasure meeting Larry, our sales representative, yesterday. He provided all the information we needed regarding the purchase of a new a/c system. Their install team was here today and as professional and thorough as Larry said they were.

Replacing an a/c and heating system is a big deal and doing business with Lyons reduced that stress. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have been with Lyons Heating & Air for 2 years on their maintenance program. The techs have also been respectful & honest about my system. I just had a repair done yesterday (that I knew was needed - but putting off). They had the part I needed in their truck and the repair was done within 30 minutes. I feel a lot better going in the the winter months knowing that my system is well looked after. Judy E.

Blake came by and gave a second opinion on a problem with our HVAC. The other company quoted $1200 more for a solution that would not have solved the issue that they missed. Blake's service saved us time and money and we'll be using them from now on.

Our experience with Lyons Air Conditioning and Heating was great. They came to our place when no one else would during the cold, harsh winter temps. They fixed our immediate issue quickly for no charge. However, we also knew that we were due for a replacement for our 25+ year AC system, so we decided to update our entire system through them. They came in a few days later in a timely manner and proceeded to put in a whole new heating and air system very professionally. They also installed a smart thermostat for us at no extra charge. We were very satisfied with their service.

Update: We used Lyons Air Conditioning and heating again for a tune up and for service on our AC system. After we made a call they showed up at our house in less then a half hour and fixed our problem. Our technician, Cole, was also professional and knowledgeable. We definitely plan to use their services again.

We had Lyons replace our aging, broken HVAC system, and were extremely pleased with their products, knowledge, reputation, and pricing. This is a company with great integrity and they stand behind their work 100%!

We've run into a couple of issues with the new system, and each time they've sent our technicians same day to repair the problems with complete coverage under their amazing warranty.

Every employee I've interacted with at Lyons has been nothing but the ultimate professional. My only complaint about having chosen to use Lyons services is that the new AC blows too cold for my Texan blood! 😂

I recently realized that is rare for me to leave reviews for companies that exceed my expectations. It's harder to recognize good service, as I expect that as a norm, than it is to know that I never want to do business with a company again. After having had cause to use Lyons Air & Heat on more than one occasion I feel obligated to share my experience. Delighted is rarely a term I use when dealing with a company, I have no hesitation in using it here! Super quick service, text messages updating me the whole time they're working. Really nice technicians, easy to understand quotes and diagnoses, I simply can't see that we'd every consider another company.

Try them once and you'll never change! I recommend then 100%

“Help!” That was my call to Lyon’s. They were able to get a tech to my home and repair made in a timely manner so I could still make my 36 year anniversary dinner with my wife! Thanks to dispatch, I am very sorry I did not get her name because she was “Awesome”, for finding a tech and for John and his efficient service.

I made a call to Lyons Air to have my air conditioner drain unclogged in my home. They were very responsive and quickly sent a repairman to my home. After his arrival he inspected the drain and informed me it was clogged at the p-trap in my bathroom. He quoted me $450.00 for repairs. I inquired why was it so much and how long would it take. He said our quote is not by the hour but by the task. Keep in mind there were no parts needed for the repair. He finished the repair quickly in less than a hour. What he didn't know was I sent the previous repairman on his way after I paid him the $89.00 service fee because of excessive pricing for the amount of work done. I had a decision to make would I pay this one his service fee and be out another $89.00 service fee or agree to the service. I chose to agree to pay the $450.00. Is this really where we are in this world? You decide if you think this was fair pricing for the amount of work performed.

From first contact with Barbara in the office, to working with our service tech, Cole, we were treated with respect and kindness. Barbara helped us shift our appointment around when we needed to change our own schedule. Cole kept us posted on his estimated arrival time, and was very respectful with our home and equipment. He helped us understand our AC units better and didn’t mind going above and beyond when we needed our emergency condensation line examined. Very happy with the value and service of Lyons!

Michael came to our house for a first time maintenance check today and made sure his checklist was very clear to me. I was very pleased with his levels of expertise and how knowledgeable he was…great customer service✔️

They were able to fit me in for a repair the day after I called and got it completed in one dispatch. The tech communicated the needed repair and was detailed enough to care for a small squeal that I would guess most wouldn't care about unless you pointed it out. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Lyons AC. I called to schedule a visit when the main unit of my house stopped cooling. I spoke with Jordan. She was very kind and got me scheduled the same day. Our technician was Aaron, who was also wonderful. Very professional and explained the issues and cost in a simple manner. I will definitely use Lyons for all of our HVAC needs moving forward.

I can’t overstate how impressed I was with this company. Long story short, I needed to have my entire HVAC A/C and heater replaced. Got several quotes, and low and behold, they came in several thousand cheaper than the others. That’s with better equipment too !!!
Paul, the sales rep went above and beyond and was extremely knowledgeable. Brian the installer, was a true professional and his work was immaculate.
Bottom line, I couldn’t be happier and saved a lot of money to boot.

I’m a very loyal customer when I find a company that provides quality service. I used the same service for 33 years and my guy retired. As a Chamber member I wanted to find a fellow Chamber member who could help us with our units . I call Lyons, explain our situation and was told, “We will get someone out there TODAY!” Okay, I’m already impressed! The service tech calls and I’m texted a confirmation and a picture to know who will service our AC units. PROFESSIONAL service! The tech arrives and is very knowledgeable and friendly. Our parts were ordered and we are waiting for them to come in so Lyons can come back and replace the part.
I’m going to be loyal to Lyons from here on out! I’m so glad I called them today!

I purchased a new home in 2023. The outdoor condenser unit was bolted down to the concrete slab and was noisy. I wanted the condenser bolts to be removed so I could install isolation pads to reduce noise. I contacted Lyons Air to have the bolts removed and was assured they could do the job. The technician arrived and said there was no way to remove the bolts as this would destroy the condenser unit. I asked for suggestions to reduce noise, like a soft starter, but the technician suggested a hard start kit instead. They charged me $450 for a $50 capacitor and service call. The unit is still very noisy.

I love Lyons and they service 2 houses and 3 AC's for me. They are great about scheduling. And if there's an emergency, they are great at trying to fit you in super quick. Everyone is friendly and they do great work. I've worked with a number of their technicians and my usual tech is Cole who is always awesome, courteous, knowledgeable, and does great work. Would recommend Lyons to anyone!

I called Lyons this morning when our AC went out. Steven, our technician arrived promptly after I called, gave me an estimate and removed the blockages on our drain line. They are always so friendly, skillful and professional about reminders for maintenance, scheduling visits, and the visits themselves. If you need an AC/Heating service that is going to always going to have your best interest in mind, this is the company. They are very reasonably priced as well. I am a dedicated customer.
